The quality of the composted bark is superb. It was delivered on time, the driver was really helpful and put the bag in a place where we could easily access it. We bought the bark to lighten our soil, bonus all our plants are looking very much healthier

The £4 charge covers only the shipping and packaging costs, as the product itself is provided free of charge. Additionally, the two small bags of sweets included in your order were simply a goodwill gesture, along with a handwritten note with a discount code for a future order. I’m sorry if this didn’t meet your expectations.
I briefly spoke with you last week but have not heard back since. I now believe this has been left in a satisfactory manner for you and If there’s anything further I can do, please let me know.
