I have been waiting a month for my order. I wanted to test some switches out and picked out the ones that are in stock of course. Placed the order and got tracking. I only got tracking for one portion of my order and to this day a month later it only says shipping label created. The other portion that says its been delivered... well nothing on my porch nor mailbox. Never got a tracking number for that either. I have sent 4 emails/ messages from their website. No answer whatsoever. This is ridiculous. I also read their blogs as well, but there should be someone answering questions. I can't file with usps that my package is lost either. So I am stuck in limbo.

Ordered some switches from this website after finding them on Google (someone on YouTube recommended some switches). Price was cheaper than Amazon, came in a very high-quality box with sticker, shipped faster than expected, the switches were very good quality (ordered the KTT kang white) and I only had some problems with a few bent pins (was easily bendable back into place, seems to have gotten a little bit dinged up in shipping but every switch works). Can't believe this company doesn't have any reviews, genuinely impressed with the quality of the site and products and will be coming back for more keyboard stuff in the future!
