Dan and Claire were amazing team in our purchase. Viewing the house and pre-offer communication was very good and easy. Despite various issues and challenges throughout the purchase, they were always at the end of the phone or email and if they did not have the answer they would be able to reply back shortly with one. Absolutely fantastic service! Dan Thomas & Co were the agents for a property we bought before Christmas. We liaised mainly with Claire throughout and she maintained excellent communication with our estate agents and solicitors to help move the process forward quickly. Don't think we would have been in before Christmas otherwise! We were initially shown around by Jo, and Dan also met us at the house for a visit once our offer was accepted and also on moving in day, where we were met with a lovely bunch of flowers, bow on the door and bubbly. It made it even more personal and exciting. Thanks so much to all (and anyone I haven't mentioned specifically), you made this such a better process than it could have been!

Another 5 star review for Dan Thomas and co. Dan managed to sell my house for 50k!!!! Over the asking price. Whilst other larger estate agents was telling me the market was getting tougher. I wouldn't use any other agent from now on.
