I don’t like having to pay extra to get an earlier delivery. After all, if no one paid it you would get it in your due turn which would be earlier. Also, although I paid extra for an earlier delivery it never arrived and I had to chase. No one called me. I did receive a discount.

I'm a first time buyer from darch but the experience was as easy as it could have been. I did have communication with the local office via email, as I hadn't received notification of my order. This was rectified immediately and my order was delivered when they said. Will use again.
