Darklight Design Reviews 

I would love to buy on Darklight again. The shipping was much faster than expected, only took 5 workdays to arrive at Taiwan. The customer service also replied in a timely manner when I had questions. The overall experience definitely deserves a 5 star!

My wife & I decided on installing a garden lighting scheme which was designed by Darklight Design. It was subsequently installed by a recommended electrical contractor who has been most attentive ensuring our satisfaction was achieved.
The installation was carried out during 2019 providing front, rear & side gardens illumination uplighting specified shrubs. The result has given us a garden display much admired by guests and complimenting planting during darkness. Darklight Design have been helpful replacing faulty spots during the guarantee period living up to their obligation and can be recommended.

I contacted customer service because the standard measurements on one of the products that I wanted to buy from Darklightdesign.com would not fit in my house. The company responded quickly and was very helpful in finding a solution for me. New emails that I sent was answered right away. I also needed international shipping, which was organised for me. I payed everything by link and it was safe and smooth.

Great service, great products, great value.

Working with Jack at Darklight Design was a pleasure. The two lamps I bought were shipped all the way to my home in Berkeley, California. One of the shades arrived slightly dented, but Jack immediately got on it and quickly sent me a new shade (as well as a whole new lamp, which was a very pleasant surprise). I highly recommend Darkligh Design. Good service and beautiful products.

I don't usually post reviews, but the service from Darklight Design has been outstanding! Jack Linturn provided a couple of free samples some time ago and never hassled us to place an order. We placed our order yesterday with delivery expected 1-2 days, and it arrived first thing this morning. Thank you to Jack and the team for such fantastic service!

Original review: Service was OK, but delivery charge for a parcel of 10cm x 10cm x 5cm of £15 is ridiculous.

I'm now updating my review after the company got in touch to rectify the situation. Often the way a company deals with an issue is the best reflection of how they operate.

My wife and I were looking to purchase several Daphine Floor Lamps from Lumina and although there were many companies selling them in the UK, I was initially attracted to Darklight by their competitive pricing and their website seemed very professional.

However, I thought I'd take the time to check their reviews as there are a lot of companies offering cheap prices but then delivering terrible service. After seeing the reviews on Trustpilot I immediately placed my order and we were NOT disappointed!

The team was extremely quick to respond and we received our beautiful lights 2 days after ordering. I'll be going back to Darklight for any and all future lighting needs.

From the first time we contacted Darklight Design they have been super helpful and welcoming and have lighting options we had not seen from other retailers. They were clear on the lead time that would apply as the lights we chose were manufactured in Spain and this proved accurate.
