Darrant could have made tonnes of money out of covid, but he had already stolen peoples money and gone out of business, hahhaha.

Bought from this company several times before, website is a absolute nightmare.
Moving my business else where.

Does anyone know of an alternative chemical company to use that is good value? I'm finding it difficult to get similar at a similar price. I have always had great service from Darrant in the past, now their website is showing no products, I probably would have ordered more from them if it was!

Add me to the list of GOODS NOT DELIVERED. Like the others, no answer on the phone.

Order placed on 28th November - no goods delivered.

No goods, had to claim back money through bank. Avoid!!!

Ordered in December, no delivery, not answering calls. There are rumours around bankruptcy but companies house shows them as still active. I certainly wont be using them again

If you paid using a credit or debit card you can get your money back for goods not received for any amount on a debit card using charge back and amounts over £100 are protected on credit cards but lower amounts can be claimed if it falls under section 78 what ever that is ? Wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering again from them but never had any problems before this order

ordered and paid for on 12/12/18 for next day delivery today is 10/01/19 still nothing , no reply to emails and no one answers the phone

Placed order on 4th December and still didn't get it. Contacted them several times and no reply.

Used them before with no problems, made a very large order on 27/11/2018 and still nothing. No replies to emails, calls or any other form of communication. Took my money quick enough though.

Have found out that they've gone into liquidation, but the website is still taking orders and money...!!! Totally illegal...!!! We've lost over £2,000.....!!!

Not sure on course of action, but DO NOT buy from them at all......

its now 3 weeks and my order what I desperately need is still not shipped. Unbelievable. Obviously drop shipping from China.

Now product has been removed from their website....???
I will be persuing this further...

NO GOODS HAVE ARRIVED SEVERAL EMAILS SENT TO CHASE UP OBVIOUSLY NOTHING WILL BE COMING IF THEY HAD GONE BANKRUPT WAS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT PART OF BANKRUPTCY IS THEY HAVE TO TAKE DOWN ANY ADVERTISING SO THIS AMOUNTS TO FRAUD NOW WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS AND MY BANK CITING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Reported to police, money claimed back via PayPal. do not order from here!

Update: Order did eventually arrive! So I can only assume Darrant Chemicals are trying to honor their orders. Fair Play to them for that!

Email bounces back, no answer on phone.

The Director Darren Martin Smith is now the director of a new company DARRANT CHEMICALS LTD
Company number 11525415, his appointment was on 20th August 2018.

Definitely do not use this company. Total scam.

They will take your money, will not deliver anything and then you will not be able to contact them at all.

Beware!
