Customer service is obtuse
USPS messed up forwarding on my order and I sent an email explaining about the address change then after several emails they still didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to them. So I just told them to cancel it and I didn’t expect a full refund.

In email, you told us that you had provided the wrong address for your order two days after USPS attempted to deliver the parcel to that address, resulting in it being returned to sender. Had you advised us before delivery was attempted, we would have been able to fix this for you.
I don't think it's fair to call our team 'obtuse' when you provided an incorrect address. We hope we can serve you again in the future, but please remember to use the correct address!

After 2 attempted shipments from China, item never arrived! 2 times item got stuck in shipment! Unbelievable!! Luckily after 3 months I did get my money refunded! Will never try ordering anything from China if possible…

ignored by support, looks like a scam
Ordered Mar 10th, they did not ship until on Apr 1st I contacted support and suggested if they have trouble shipping to me internationally they instead ship to a US forwarder I used and trust. They seem to have shipped to the new address I gave them, I got the tracking number. But today is Apr 20th, tracking says "Apr 08, 2026 10:13 am Undelivered - Invalid Address", support ignores me since Apr 9th when I wrote about this. The address I gave them can't be invalid, Amazon and others have no trouble with it.
