Their Communication is Really Poor
I am writing this review in the hope they actually read it and do something.
I am trying to get a query resolved and have been promised call back numerous times (as the multiple different fragmented departments do not seem to be able to contact each other or communicate).
Now they're just hanging up on me! This happened twice. Maybe the staff that did this should receive some coaching on how to deal with customers.
Tired of this. Are you going to call me back as promised to resolve the issue or do further reviews need to be left elsewhere??
Of course all their email addresses are "no reply"
