Good experience very friendly, very professional and considerate thanks to Alejandra and raheem for there help and understanding and good service they provided me they are very outstanding thank you so much.

I used David Astburys just over 4 years ago to rent a property in Crouch End. The team were very efficient and professional when completing the tenancy agreement. However, there were some issues during the course of my tenancy, because they kept changing my property managers without any notice! Despite that, I have a new amazing property manager, Alejandra V., who goes above and beyond to address various problems with my flat! The fridge/freezer in my flat broke down yesterday and as soon as I notified Alejandra, she started the process of contacting the landlord and purchasing a new appliance, which was delivered this morning! I was not expecting this issue to be resolved so quickly, but Alejandra is extremely efficient in resolving problems promptly, she has great communication skills and employs a professional mannerism throughout! I am very happy and satisfied having Alejandra as my property manager 🤩 Overall, the team at David Astburys are very professional. Well done to all the team and keep up the good work! Many thanks again for your service 😊

This is my first time renting a flat in London, and I chose David Astburys. So far the experience has been excellent. Safa is my property manager, who is very responsible and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Having had terrible experiences with other agencies in the past, I’m really pleased to say David Astburys has been fantastic, from start to finish. In particular I need to give praise to Joe, who was the agent helping us to find our new flat and has done an amazing job, and then Alejandra V, our property manager, who has been incredibly involved, helpful and responsive, always ready to support with any issues or questions and being really just excellent at her job. I couldn’t be happier with them both, as well as the agency, really.

I would generally say David Astburys is a good and reliable agency and I have been for the most part happy with my tenancy with them. The absolute standout however and the reason I’m even interested in leaving a review is my current property manager Alejandra.
She has provided us with absolute 5 star service. She is without a doubt the most responsive and proactive agent I have ever had the opportunity to work with.

From start to finish the David Astbury's team were available and helpful. No question went unanswered and Alejandra Villaola went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after - especially her personable style, quick turnaround, and response rate was fab. Thank you Alejandra and the wider team.

David Astbury's has been incredible with managing our property and tenants. Our Lettings Manager Selda is really approachable and helpful and promptly answers every question we ask her. They inform us of issues pre-emptively and always try to find the best balance between what we can provide and what the tenants need

Alejandra has been very through and keeping me informed of how all the actions that required to be taken prior to the tenants moving into the property. She also contacted the tenants after their moving in to check if all was fine and not issues that had come up.

Selda and the team at David Astburys don't just manage our property portfolio, they go way beyond..
Selda has always been very efficient and clear with communications with us and the tenants. Any issues that arise Selda will provide a solution before escalating and resolve with minimum inconvenience and costs.
Our portfolio is well looked after with regular inspections by DA, the tenants are happy which is why they stay long term and financials are always like clockwork.
Overall, highly recommend Selda and team DA to take care of all your property management.

Have had my flat managed and rented the rough David Astbury’s for around 5 years and have never received anything other than excellent service. Rebecca is my current letting manager and she is excellent. Super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to make sure myself and the tenants are receiving the best possible care and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental management company. Also currently trying to sell a property through them and equally receiving amazing service from Kieran, Tel, Toby and the team (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone but they are all great!)

As I prepare to leave the property I have rented from David Astburys for the last seven years, I just wanted to thank Elena for looking after me so well.
She is always prompt to reply, fixes any problems that arise quickly and with no fuss. She has a friendly but professional manner and I can’t thank her enough for making my tenancy stress free.

Oliver from David Astburys is a miracle worker , he rented my flat in what seemed like 5 mins , he found a flat for my son who was looking to rent his first home with his girlfriend , he totally understood what they wanted and went the extra mile . David Astburys is lucky to have him … my only regret is I haven’t got more properties for him to rent out 🤣
