My experience of David Astburys in Crouch End as rental agents has been excellent. Safa Iqbal in particular has been helpful, calm, focused and effective. I have been with David Astburys for almost four years.

I’ve only been in the property a couple of weeks, but the experience so far has been very positive. Any snagging issues were dealt with quickly, with clear and prompt communication throughout. It’s really reassuring to have a property manager (Selda) who is proactive and genuinely helpful, and it’s a refreshing change from past experiences!

We had a great experience working with David Astburys Crouch End. The team was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our property manager, Safa, was especially supportive and attentive, and Terry was very helpful during the rental process. Everything was smooth and stress-free.

She has been incredibly helpful in coordinating a recent boiler issue, ensuring the tenants were well looked after while also helping me as the landlord keep costs under control. David Astbury recently sold a property in Toll Gate gardens for me and it had some challenges during sales progression. I work with a lot of agents every day and no one has such a pro-active on the ball sales progressor like Titilayo. She really is exceptional. She performed her role like a star and kept this sale alive and got it across the line. Awesome team to work with.

David Astburys are a very professional organisation, Selda Who looks after my properties is very responsive and I would like to offer her a job if she ever left there.
