I have been working with David Astburys for a number of years now and Selda Mehmet is my property manager, and I cannot recommend Selda enough as a property manager. She has been managing my property for a few years and she is efficient with dealing with all maintenance issues and super responsive! Myself and my family own a few rental properties, I have been so impressed with them as an agent and Selda as a property manager that I have since listed other properties as and when they’ve become available, and have insisted on Selda being the PM! Best agent in North London by far.

Iv have had the pleasure of working with David Astbury's estate agents for the management of my two properties in Islington, and I can't speak highly enough of their services. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market.

After renting a year with David Astburys I would say that the agency is quite diligent in doing things by the book.

Once we moved in, Safa, our property manager did a really good job. Always friendly and polite. In the very few occasions there was an issue at the property she was very responsive and resourceful to help us resolve in a timely manner.

Overall I would recommend this agency.

Working with David Astburys has been a pleasure. Everything went to plan and when we were a bit stuck at times the team were eager to help and always understanding. A special mention to Sophie and Olly for all their help.

On the whole I have to say pretty good experience with David Astbury as a tenant over the last few years. Property management was generally a positive experience, although on some occasions it did feel like I had to do the chasing and legwork with issues rather than the other way around, hence only 4 stars.

Wouldn't hesitate using them again, though and I would recommend to anyone looking to sign on the dotted line..

I rented a property managed by this agency. Whenever I reported a fault with the flat, the property managers had been efficient in getting them sorted.

There were several staff who supported my queries but a special shout out to Oliver Sandamas, senior property manager, who had been really polite, professional and quick at responding to my requests. When I moved out of the flat, the handover and return of deposit was smooth and quick. In sum, I was impressed with the agency.
