I had the misfortune of using Ackroyd Legal for my house conveyancing and found them to be absolutely appalling. The solicitor appointed to my case was Kiran Sandhu, who I found to be rude, arrogant and dismissive throughout. She exhibited such poor customer service skills that I question why she's still being employed by the company.

I had a great experience with David Ebert. Ken and Agnieszka were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The team ensured a smooth process, completing key tasks in impressive timeframes. Their patience and expertise were evident throughout, making everything stress-free. I’d definitely recommend their services and use them again in the future.

It is really unfortunate that I did not see these reviews here before asking them to take care of my Purchase.
Completely irresponsible, no communication. They took my fine in November and till now still no progress. Clearly this caused significant loss as i will now have to pay extra 2500£ in the stamp duty taxes.
complaint email has no value, they are now part of Ackroyd legal and when i asked the main office to take action they said they can not help.

Agnieszka and Ken did a great job. Selling and buying property at this are time is stressful enough, but Aga kept things moving and under control, very professional. Communicating with us when required, sending emails and required information.
I’m glad we trusted Aga and Ken and we let them to do their jobs.

Ken & Aga made the experience of moving house easy! We were kept informed and email queries were responded to quickly. Face to face meeting was not rushed and well explained. We would definitely use Ken again for any legal needs.

I have used Ken & Aga previously when buying and selling a property. Because I had great service that time I returned to them when I needed to sell my late fathers property. As before the service from Ken and Aga was excellent, efficient, compassionate and straight forward. The communications from Ken and Aga were quick and easy. We felt like we had built up a very good working relationship the them both. They are a great team and a credit to the company. I would 100% use them again. Well done and thank you!

Avoid by all means. No communication, extremely unprofessional

Absolutely shocking service. Almost eight months after completion of the sale of my property and a near total lack of interest in actually getting the job finished. I have no idea how long into 2025 this will go on.
Complaints procedure is an absolute joke,with the subject of the complaint handling the complaint!! What?!
Sounds too horrendous to be true? I would think so too but it is 100% real - unfortunately.
Avoid these people at all costs unless you want to severely damage your mental health.

Matter still unresolved. The solicitor dealing with this issue has zero interest in resolving it. 1st anniversary of the issue will be here soon.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Kiran and Angela. Communication was brilliant. From mortgage offer to completion was 7 weeks!!! (No chain). Would highly recommend these guys.

I would thoroughly recommend Kiran Sandhu. She provided excellent service, was efficient and easily contactable and made the whole process of selling my house seamless from start to finish.
