Helpful friendly service over the phone and very good quality plants delivered as promised.

We were pleased with the purchase and delivery of the tree we bought.
However we feel the tree arrived in poor condition.
The leaves look frost damaged, brown and tired.
We have planted it but reserve judgement as we feel it might die.

I ordered what I thought of as an expensive plant. The delivery was punctual and the packaging OK. However the broadleaf evergreen inside had holes in some of the leaves and some other leaves had been eaten, one by about a half. I thought the plant had not been checked before dispatch. I took photos and sent them thru to the company with a request for replacement. I was told the matter was referred to the manager.I sent about 4 more emails chasing the matter and was politely informed they were very busy (pre-Xmas rush) and the matter had gone to the manager. It has been 3 weeks since my first email, confirmations have always been quick but without a decision.

Plants/trees arrived quickly and looking healthy... order communication really good as was moving into a new home and trying to organise the delivery with the completion date. No problem at all. Great stuff, great price and would use again.

All ok including delivery,service and customer care /getting in touch with.
Is just the trees let you down for not really shown as in the description.

Perfect service , plants arrived in good condition and on time

We ordered 3 x 1.8m italian Cyprus trees on 13/11 and received them 3.5 weeks later. After a week or so of no communication I eventually got confirmation of my order once I chased them. I was beginning to think I’d been scammed.
So not wholly impressed and in fact the trees weren’t anything to write home about, hopefully they will look good in the summer tho.

I ordered a shrub which came in good time and very well packaged. It was a very good size for the money too. I planted it and it had a good rootball and the beginning of strong shoots for the Spring. I would definitely recommend them from my experience.

I can’t give them more than two stars as they are incredibly slow to deliver and there communication is appalling. I made my purchase on 4th November and had to continually call them to find what was happening. I eventually got a call to arrange delivery, however the day before this was due as I had not received the promise confirmation I called them only to find I would not be getting my order. On the 7th December they finally arrived, nice plants and good quality. As I said to them more than once, the key to the service would have been good communication which would have helped with the delay.

My order arrived in excellent condition. The courrier was kind enough to bring it in my back garden and after inspection, I was extremely pleased to confirm the quality of the shrub I had ordered.

Well packaged and delivered sooner than expected

good sturdy plants,very well packed, arrived quickly..

We were not in when the tree was delivered. The delivery people put the tree in a sensible location where it was out of view from the road and could not be damaged by the wind.

The tree appears to be in excellent condition and I am looking forward to enjoying it for many tears to come.

The hydrangea that I received arrived in great condition - and just a day or two after I placed the order! I can't wait to see how much it grows next spring. :)
