5* well deserved on price, shrubs, delivery and customer service. Ordered 6 clear stem photinia trees/shrubs to brighten up a small new build house back garden. Customer service was extremely helpful in selecting something suitable, order was delivered within 2 weeks as promised. The delivery driver phoned when he was en route and offered advice on caring for the shrubs. Would highly recommend David Fairley Gardens on all the criteria. A great big thank you!

We ordered a shrub online, intending to give it to friends. It arrived well packaged, with no sign of soil spilling from the pot etc., and seemed to be healthy, and we did not hesitate to give it as intended. As a comparatively minor point - We were notified when it had been despatched, but prior to that, it would have been useful to have been given a better idea of when despatch would be. Guided by online information, we expected some weeks of delay, and were nearly caught out by despatch being very prompt.

We just had our delivery of 10 grandiflora trees, the trees are perfect condition and the delivery driver was amazing and gave us lots of help and advice about the planting of the trees. What a great asset he is to the company, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and put the trees exactly where we needed them.
We will definitely be using the company again.

Very pleased with the three Magnolia grandiflora 'Gallisoniensis' ~ extra tall stem trees purchased. Delivered quickly to our home in Kent in excellent condition. The driver was helpful moving the trees to the desired location and shared a few planting tips. The trees seem to have taken well during the first month.

I came to Max and the Team at David Fairley to help us with our efforts for our display at Chelsea in Bloom in conjunction with Chelsea Flower show this year, and they were absolutely brilliant.
