Bought three jackets from this website about two years ago. All the jackets are stylish, great quality, durable, and got good compliments from my friends as they love the leather. I wore this jacket in heavy rain as it kept me dry as advertised and to this day, the jacket still remains in great new looking excellent condition which still gets good compliments from other people. Highly recommended and I’m so happy with the purchases that I made from two years ago that I just bought another one for work wear for all weather conditions and looking stylish at my workplace.

I really enjoyed the shopping experience online. The products are as described and fit great. Well worth the money for vegan leather! Love it!

I bought a brown leather jacket for £76 a couple of months ago. It took 3 weeks to arrive which was fine but I didn't like it so wanted to return it. They apparently have an office in London UK. They required me to send it to somewhere in the USA within two weeks and send it recorded delivery. Obviously a Chinese scam operator. I've reported them to Trading Standards. PayPal couldn't help. Don't buy from this business

David Outwear is an easy order online company. They have great communication with their buyer. I purchased two leather duffle bags, which I love the colors and the quality. My order arrived in perfect condition and sooner than expected.

I bought a pair of boots from these cowboys, not at any point in the ad did it state they were made in and shipped from China. I started asking for a refund when I hadn’t received them after 5 weeks. They gave a reply straight from the “stock answer” sheet, and sent a shipping date dated only 2 days previously and telling me shipping was 2-4 weeks. Their customer service absolutely sucks at best. When they finally arrived I told them I still wanted a refund as the quality wasn’t the best, their reply was I had to ship them to the USA at my expense or I could accept a 50% refund. Let’s wait and see how long that credit takes them.

Very disappointing experience. The company promotes a 30-day refund policy, but they count the 30 days from the payment date instead of the delivery date. Since the shipping was hugely delayed, this left me with very little time after receiving the item. My refund request was rejected, which feels unfair and misleading. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Excellent service & product quality.

I purchased 3 jackets from Davis Outerwear. Two jackets were too small so I asked to be exchanged for two larger ones. They claim they only received one of the jackets and not two. This has been going on since December around Christmas time. Winter is now over. I now am requesting a full refund as they have both of my jackets. This is NOT a reputable company. Order #295080:

Drop shipper, sends you Chinese made clothes with poor quality.

Ordered a jacket from them, arrived in a timely manner, looks sweet, and fits nice. Would definitely consider ordering from them again.
