From point of purchase to the package being delivered has been a great experience! Shipping took 3/4 weeks but that’s ok! You couldn’t wipe the smile off my husbands face after he saw the logo! He didn’t want to take it off haha. Very happy costumer :) will be back again!

By ringing me up and letting me know they are delivering it or it hasn't been delivered stupid scummy idiots are using "Shop" on Facebook one of the worse scamming companies for online purchasing. Don't give refunds, and don't send you a item number in the email. Just receipt with no order number on it. And "shop" are even worst They just take your money and never deliver it. Scum of the earth. Been waiting over two weeks for my coat. Just took the £80 and never turned up. Scum!!! Scum scum scum!!!!!!!

For a long time I had my eye on a particular leather jacket on this site.. I finally bought it and it arrived around 5-6 weeks later (didn't mind and was expecting a long delivery time, as I'm living in the UK).

The jacket was nice and the quality seemed good but it was too big for me - I got in touch with the team and was honestly surprised at how quickly and fairly they replied and got this sorted. While they have a 30 day return policy, I explained that it took more than 30 days for the jacket to arrive and for me to try it on, so they waived this and explained clearly how to return and what the next steps would be. Two weeks after sending the jacket back, the replacement jacket turns up and it fits like a charm!

While emailing their support team, I dealt with someone named Imma who was super polite and provided me with tracking info along the way. In a world where so many online clothing outlets are scammers or a bit dodgy, it's refreshing to come across a team that's actually decent. Great company and would highly recommend.

Was a gift for my father’s birthday and he loves it.

I ordered from them a week ago. The tracking on Shop.com was showing that a label had been created for one item but it hasn't shipped. The other shows no progress at all. I reached out to them and they said it had shipped and sent me a tracking link... that said the same thing as Shop.com. I told them since no tracking system was showing that the order had shipped after a week, I asked for some sort of proof it had shipped. They said give them 3-5 business days.
This is a scam, guys.
Now I have to go through disputing this $250 charge.

Super fast shipping, great price, great quality and CS even contacted me to check if everything arrived well and if I like it. Definitly buying this brand again!

I bought the jacket as a birthday gift for my brother. He absolutely loves it. He is really impressed with the quality and feel of the jacket when he wears it. It really looks great on him. I'd happily recommend to anyone, buy a jacket from David Outwear. Top quality service from start to finish.

Placed an order Jan 10 still have not received never again I was never told your product would take over 22 days to reach me. You need to be a little more transparent. Tell the people that shipping does take a while.

Jacket is good quality but it shipped with a broken pocket button, wrote a review about it and it never showed up on the website.

Beautiful coats just a little thin.
But for the summer they are good.
Only the transport took a little too long otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

My experience with David Outwear has been deeply troubling and unacceptable.

Due to extremely high return costs, I reached a clear agreement with customer service to split these costs 50/50, meaning I would not have to return the item. Based on this agreement, I paid my part in good faith. David Outwear explicitly committed to reimbursing the remaining 50%.

That reimbursement has never been made.

Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to honor its own agreement. Communication became evasive and eventually stopped altogether. At this point, David Outwear is knowingly keeping money that does not belong to them, despite having acknowledged the agreement in writing.

From my perspective, this goes far beyond poor customer service. Failing to honor a clear financial agreement and retaining customer funds is highly unethical and raises serious concerns about fraudulent behavior.

I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from David Outwear to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, promises mean nothing and getting your money back appears to be a serious issue.

It was late, when I contacted them. They got it delivered 3 days later. The product is as advertised, and I am really happy with it.

Great quality boots and they look very good. I have tested wearing them in -40C weather in northern Canada and I was fine as they have a lining. Also they have a good grip that didn’t make me slip on icy ground. I highly recommend these boots for their look, style and function esp in cold winters in Canada.

I also bought the belt that looks great, is made of high quality material and easy to use.
Shipping speed was reasonable and customer service was great as they followed up to ensure my order was received and were ready to resolve any issues with shipping or product which I had none of.

My Grandson loves his Coat and it looks good. I just wish that it had not taken so long to be delivered!

The quality and workmanship is second to none. Exactly as the advertisements and great value! Take a while to arrive but well worth the wait!

El artículo es un 70% parecido a las fotografías, sin embargo, es de muy mala calidad y el material no es piel original.
El costo es muy caro para materiales sintéticos de baja calidad.
el color no es un color negro, es un gris mate.
El etiquetado es de una fabricación China de muy mala calidad, lo único bueno es la mercadotecnia que te engaña, lo llamaría "Una Estafa"... cuidado.
UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA, jamás volveré a comprar, no lo recomiendo.

The item is about 70% similar to the photos; however, it's very poor quality and the material isn't genuine leather.
The price is very high for such low-quality synthetic materials.
The color isn't black; it's a matte gray.
The labeling indicates very poor-quality Chinese manufacturing. The only good thing about it is the misleading marketing. I'd call it a scam... beware.
A terrible experience. I will never buy from them again. I don't recommend them.

Deliveries take way too long, almost 2 months, even temu delivers way faster so no escuse being from China.. Costumer service is polite and prompt but that doesn't cover the long deliveries and fake ads promising genuine leather and premium qualities.. There's loads of reviews of people saying great quality which I don't understand if they're fake reviews or if people can't tell the difference from plastic and animal skin. Worst part is after asking for a refund they only refund months after but they don't refund the shipping cost to us and we have to bank further £30 to ship it back to America.. Comes from China but we ship to America.. Seems like a scheme to help them ship their products to America
