Hard and thick
The delivery was fairly quick but the baby bracelets are very wide for baby’s wrist and are made from very hard and thick red strings. Not something I would like to put on my hand , let alone on my baby’s. Poor

The worst customer experience had and heard of in my life....
Wanted to make a small gift for my wife for the first of March as it is a national happy day in Romania welcoming the spring season.
I ordered a couple of items, the ordered was shipped then the status was updated to delivered and the day after was back to shipped...so I have decided to contact the provider to find out about the order also provided the picture showing what I mentioned was true. And I have the worst reply for any customer, the persone mentioned that he knew that was something wrong with the order so he refunded it me and afterwards and mention to order from elsewhere as I was keen to receive these items...In 2021 I do not understand why someone paid and wanted the items he paid for has to receive such a reply or a treat for being honest and transparent....
