I purchased the mini. It worked for 2 days before it quit. The battery only lasted about 30 min before it died and will not work while charging. I sent it back because It didn't work and I need one that will last longer. The davinci was defective and they only refunded $69.00 of the $89.00 purchase price. I purchased a solo ll and love it. No problems and the battery last for 3 hours. Love it. Don't waste your money on Davinci. Sent it back a couple of weeks ago not sure of exact date as I sent back all papers too.

I do not understand where these bad review's are coming from ? I own an IQC & a Miqro , Love them both ! Did have a problem with the Miqro , sent it back on a thursday , got it back the next saturday repaired and working like I expected it too ! I have also sent msg's and received rapid , a helpful response every time , Have spoken to agent's on the phone with same result's !

I have had my Da Vinci a few weeks now, the build quality is superb, nice and compact and easily fits in the palm of your hand, the massive drawback is the battery life, I fill up my bowl with herbs and it works fine for a few minutes, then the battery is flat, I don't even get to finish what's in the bowl, on the website it states the battery last 30 mins, this is absolute rubbish, mine lasts less than 5 mins, to be honest I'm highly disappointed with this after what was paid, I thought to myself I won't buy any old cheap vape and go for a bit of quality, so beware people the battery life is terrible. Also for some unknown reason it keeps switching itself off, all in all this product is rubbish for what I paid.

Placed a order over a month and so ago.they took my money, with never getting the item.contacted em many times with no answer nor refund back.contacted my bank to get money back

Sorry for another negative review, but how can I not give one star when I have been emailing them twice a week for three weeks without a reply. Especially as the query was a very simple one about an accessory. Why do so many companies now simply don’t care.

I have had a IQ2 for four months. It continually goes wrong forcing me to manually disengage the battery before it gets too hot. The thing switches on and off randomly and it is difficult to clean. I don't think it is worth all this faff for a cooler smoke. I am going back to my Pax 2, which does at least work properly.

Davinci's seem to be disposable... They can't get completely clean unless you literally pour alcohol into the unit and pray for it not to get damaged 😅👍🏻 There's an uncomfortable space where tar and resin accumulates... You can't clean that... it's discussing and if you are a heavy user like me... You'll start to develop nausea and headaches because is disgustingly dirty inside. (And yes, I clean my vaporizer at least 1 or 2 times per week)

To finish this review; I have cut my hand, broke a couple of nails, and damaged some tools at home today when trying to clean this thing... I lasted 2.15 hours. This is not sustainable folks.

FYI: Smart breathing paths and battery issues started to arise at 1.5 months of purchase (Unbelievable) I wish I had read all of this

Having left an outstanding review of the product and the company they appear to have deteriorated dramatically. I have iq2 they replaced the first one because of its failure regarding batteries, and now the replacement has failed for the same reason. Unlike previously when it was sorted asap even during the middle of Covid. This time I have heard nothing from them except from their automated email service, we are now in our second week, nothing!! I won’t let it go as I don’t have money to waste in these difficult times, I guess they are counting on their international customers to disappear. Time to kick off! You have a product issue deal with it!!

Product stopped working after a few months, no reply from customer service after 5 days, took making a Reddit post to have an admin/employee even comment, mind you it wasn't even directly at me, Avoid their over priced faulty products, you won't be getting any support and your warranty is useless.

My first vaporizer was a Davinci IQ and I loved it. After it quit working after 3.5 years, I bought another IQ. It fell apart after 2 months. The customer support was so bad trying to get it fixed or replaced, I was forced to go with another brand.(this is probably by design)

The customer service is the worst I have had to deal with. Can't talk to a real person . Left messages, never return a single call.Just got bought out. Good luck with any problem

don't buy this vaporizer the batteries are extremely dangerous my battery started to overheat then slowly melt in my pocket and sink down my leg when the battery was not in the vaporizer plus quite often it there is a bad contact at the level of the closure (I think) which turns off the vaporizer or worse it does not even turn on, DO NOT BUY THIS VAPORIZER !!!!!

The davinci IQ is just -100 IQ (very stupid) my battery died after not using it for many months, I changed it but the battery gate won't close, it just keeps opening by itself and it doesn't lock, also it gets stuck easily and gets too hot. Also I have the ascent and it just gets stuck all the time too... VERY BAD VAPORIZERS WITH PRETENTIOUS NAMES AND INFLATED PRICES

This has been the best thing I've found for flower. It's arthritis friendly. Yes, it gets warm - get the glove for it. Yes, you'll need extra batteries. But it gives great taste and it's perfect for dosing, and being discreet. I won't go back to a biel.

I have purchased 3 DaVinci Miqro and with a combined 20 uses they have died. Not just the batteries which are atrocious to begin with but the entire unit. DaVinci always wants to blame it on the battery and user. No such luck. The two other vapes I own I have never had a problem with. I am guessing by their 2 start reviews here on TrustPilot others have experienced the same poor quality and service.

This is a piece of crap. Don't mind telling you my story. I thought this was a good product till a rubber gasket split. They DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT piece.
Thus my Maquie is inoperative. $ well spent I thought. No so.

I had the original IQ vape, loved it. For those people bitchin aboot not getting smoke that's because you're not supposed to get smoke.. You get vapour, and i personally had no problem getting good hits off of my vape. I had my IQ for a couple years and then it stopped working properly. I did my part as the customer and reached out for warranty support and had everything i needed, for almost every warranty claim on this planet you require proof of purchase (a receipt) keep this somewhere when you buy something expensive like in the box it came in. Davinci did their part, warrantied my device and sent me the newer version, the IQ2. It took a couple weeks to arrive which is completely understandable during Covid19. I absolutely love the IQ2. I have only ever bought 2 davinci vapes. I started with the classic vape years ago that looked like a walkie talkie and it worked great. I screwed that one up by trying to smoke shatter in it, my fault. Then i bought the IQ and never regretted it. Then they sent me the IQ2 and i couldn't be happier with a vape. It works great, nice improvements over the first one and they give you extra accessories for concentrates which is even better.
I would recommend reading the product manuel and watching youtube videos if you had any concerns or confusion about anything and it would be cleared up no problem. Thank you Davinci for the great customer service and again, the IQ2 works amazing. Also, the box the IQ2 comes in doubles as a stand so you have no reason to just through it on a corner.
