The process was extremely easy and efficient. Raegen was very helpful and attentive to all my needs and questions. The notary process was the most difficult part of the process and I would rate that a 2/10 on the scale of difficulty: 1 being extremely easy, 10 being the most difficult process ever created. I would definitely recommend their services to any and all of my associates in need of their services!

I have been using Davinci Virtual Office solutions for a little over 6 months now. Due to the legal requirements of my jurisdiction, my business would be completely unable to operate without the approval of the documents I had submitted to the property management via Davinci. Staci Wilson has been my contact leading up until this point and was a key driving force and making sure this succeeded.

Initially with this request there was a little resistance with the property management, but after Staci professionally relayed my communications things began to move forward and ultimately succeeded. My business can now legally operate within my jurisdiction and she not only saved my business operations, but more so me as a client as I couldn't have continued to move forward with these services if said services could not maintain my business operations.

I am eternally grateful as a small business owner and I am now looking forward to a larger more permanent expansion later this year should things go well and this is SOLELY due to the professionalism, customer service, and persistence that Staci provided to not only maintain my business but advance and secure it as an operation. Customer service like that is basically unheard of these days. I'd give 10 stars and a standing ovation if I could.

Had the worst experience ever with this company. To start off I went through the long process of enrolling then after a month of use I was told the building was sold and I had to change address. It was a disaster because I started using the address and having multiple address changes is a red flag for a startup company. After going through that I was told that it was an increase and mail forwarding is now mandatory and I accepted that. After I lost my debit card my new card was mailed to the address and I didn’t see after waiting too months so I called up and found out my mail was never forwarded and my card was mysteriously hack repeatedly and had this issue every time I ordered a new card. I’ve had this account for 2 years dealing with this hypocrisy and overcharging for service that was never rendered

Very solid Virtual Office Services. Helpful and responsive customer service. Also had a very helpful time with Gelene in Billing, who sorted out a billing issue swiftly and gave other useful information.
