We are heading towards the 3rd week…
We are heading towards the 3rd week since I began this so-called 2 business day process. At times I can not get them to respond by phone. I wish the information that they require could have been revealed sooner in the process. Don't reveal things piecemeal. Pleasant customer service persons when you can speak to them. I requested to speak with a supervisor on Monday. It's 8pm Thursday and no one has called. I am surprised that they asked for this feedback
