Booked to have new EPC for property as ours had expired. Dave answered my email very quickly and had me booked in straight away with a convenient time/day. Dave arrived promptly, introduced himself, explaining general process of the epc assessment, started checking outside, looked at areas inside, then explained the process more in depth, after asking if I'd been involved in this type of assessment before, which I hadn't.

He was very courteous and explained things well and I received the assessment report and score that afternoon.
