I needed an EPC and floor plan so approached D&A for a quote. They replied immediately and after agreeing a date and time this was followed up with a confirmation email.
On the day David arrived exactly on time and proceeded to undertake the work.

Had EPC rating done today. Very pleased with the service provided, from booking the appointment till receiving the EPC certificate. I could only have the EPC done on a weekend and they accommodated this and kept me updated, even the day before the EPC rating. Dave arrived on time, kept the 2 metre distancing as per Covid 19 social distancing recommendations, was friendly and professional.
