Pressure drop and leak…

My daxom boiler had a leak and drop in pressure. The engineer was here within 24 hours and the issue was fixed by replacement of a couple of perished seals. Also checked the boiler throughout. Great service

Bad quality product,too expensive for…

Bad quality product,too expensive for what it is, all instruction and product explained hidden within the website. Product comes with a poor setup book . I had to follow setup instructions on youtube tutorials. The worst thing is that for any issue there is just one very rude worker. He is the distributor, manager, receptionist,engineer, warranty,decision maker. I had my boiler installed and was working fine for 3 days only. I heard a loud noise and the boiler stopped working, nothing on display no hot water. I did not even had the chance to put the heating on. Called Daxom . The only worker literally questioned me in a very rude manor,asking for videocall many times so he can investigate what is hapening. When asked him to come over and have a look he straight away started complaining that he lives far away and needs to drive in London that will cost him this and that to get to me and I have to pay for the check up. My warranty was live so did not made sense to me . At the end of the call he agreed to come over .He said he will reach me next day in the afternoon but as it was getting late i called him around 2 o'clock. He shouted at me asking to stop calling as he is busy . Just wanted to know around what time he'll make it. He came in finally after 5 pm .Stormed in and kind of push my arm of his way but I ignored it . Just wanted to have the bloody boiler working , he came in with a colleague that was following his exact instructions. They opened the boiler and in few minutes the issue was discovered as I was told. A wire wrongfully connected. That wire was never touched by anyone involved in the installation! But they found this as a reason of blaming the electrician . Also blamed the electrician for installing the wrong switch that had nothing to do with the fault , and the plumber for not installing a filter and valve . Basically they cut my warranty for a fault that seems to be from manufacturing.

I've had my boiler for five years now…

I've had my boiler for five years now and it's still in excellent condition. It's the best decision I've made. Aside from a few system upgrades to increase its efficiency, there has been no need for maintenance, which is pretty incredible for a boiler. It is very economical and efficient. I recommend them to everyone.

Uwe and his colleague are very helpful - if you have a problem with their product - Daxom will come out and help you. They are direct, honest and clearly work hard to be helpful - it’s very refreshing to get such good service.

Very pleased with the customer support and knowledgeable experienced Engineer

We moved in to our new home in 2023 where the previous owner had a Daxom boiler fitted around 2/3 years prior by a third party. There was no involvement with Daxom and the boiler hadn’t been serviced. The boiler was fitted as the house doesn’t have mains gas and the previous heating system was electric storage heaters and water tank. Therefore an electric boiler is a good modern solution.

In the first year we had some trouble with the boiler and the engineer was prompt and readily available to troubleshoot remotely.

The following year we decided to get a full service done by Daxom. It was worth it as the boiler was running on one less heating element since we moved in. Other repairs were done as well and the boiler is working in good order.

What I value is service level provided and personalised support at hand which is not common these days.

Excellent customer service

Happy customer for 2 years
After dich gas boiler Daxom has exceeded all my expectations.
After minor problem and contact Daxom Mr Awe went above and beyond repairing the boiler in no time.
I would totally recommend Daxom boilers
And big thumbs up to mr Awe and the team

Daxom Customer Support

So far Daxom customer service has been 5 out of 5, they answer calls even at 9pm at night to try and help.
Last time I had a problem, the engineer attended in two hours after I made a call, and that was at the weekend.

They redeemed themselves

We had a few hiccups to the start of our journey of owning a DAXOM boiler. The heating failed soon after installation whilst the hot water continued to work.

We were devastated as this was a big investment for us.

They were very helpful with replacing the parts which were faulty or damaged and now the heating is working again.

I recommend anyone who is interested in owning an electric boiler to do their research about who they choose to fit it. Compared to gas boilers they are more temperamental so getting the installation right is very important.

The helpline on their website is always available and can be reached if there are any questions about installation.

Overall it has obviously been a less than perfect journey, and it is hard to tell whether this is due to the initial installation or because of faulty parts but we are relieved that DAXOM have done everything possible to fix the boiler, which now thankfully is working normally.

So on balance giving the benefit of doubt I’m giving a 5* rating. This is because they did everything to correct initial problems we encountered and ultimately that is what matters!

I hope I can update in 6 months time to say the boiler is still working great!

Helpful, friends and great service

I have had a Daxom boiler for almost two years now, i had an issue with the boiler and the guys came out to fix it straight away and they recommended a water softener to help prevent any further issues. Thankful for the prompt turn around during the winter months, all interactions with the team from the original installation until now have been great, they are extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Daxom!

Excellent service

Living in a very hard water area, my boiler developed an issue relating to lime scale build up. The Daxom team were highly responsive to communication and provided some helpful initial steps to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they did not work, however, Daxom was very quick to arrange a call out. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and additionally took the opportunity to replace a couple of parts that had been improved upon, run some water quality tests and offer some suggestions on how I may improve it. Very polite and professional and explained what they were doing and why.

UPDATE - Daxom redeemed themselves. I was contacted to discuss my review, they apologised for the poor experience I received on my first contact with Daxom (thank you!).

They even took the time to go through their product to make sure their product was right for our needs, which will of course assist us in our decision on choosing an electric boiler for our property.

Best Boiler Ever!!!

We were a little worried to get an electric boiler at first but after speaking with Daxom, they gave us confidence that it was the right thing for us! Anyway after having it for a couple of months, we couldn’t be any happier tbh, really good quality product and the aftercare service is frankly the best I have ever had! I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
