I had a great experience with The Window Doctor. Carl was friendly, polite, and highly professional throughout. He quickly identified the issue and managed to fix the window there and then, which was really convenient. The price was very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the service. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing window repairs!

The office staff maintained excellent communication regarding deposit payments and appointment scheduling for Carl, the technician. Eddie was very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient! He gave me the quote information I required to make a decision without any pressure, and he was able to do the job in the same visit.

Carl the technician was very good at his job and explained why all the work was needed. It was very easy to book the job in and communication was excellent.

And I’m glad they did as Jay the engineer who came out to quote and did replace the units was excellent. He was very professional and polite and very obliging. Eddie came to fit and repair new locks on our front door and porch today (23.3.26). He was on time, polite, respectful of our home and us, and also did a great job. He did not leave any mess and gave us tips on how to care for our locks. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for lock repairs and replacements.

I passed an employee in his van and asked if his company fitted Cat flaps.
He gave me a card and I called the following day. I spoke to Fiona who could not have been more helpful.
The following day Carl turned up and made a fantastic job, fitting the Cat Flap without damaging any of the paint work on the outside of my UVPC door.
As a first time, Cat owner he also gave me lots of hints and tips on how to care for my new arrival.
The service exceeded my expectations.

The handles had come off two double glazed windows, the previous owner had not took care of them. The windows were open half way and we couldn’t close them . I contacted this company and Carl came out the next day and checked the windows. I was later sent a quote for the repairs which also covers parts for 2 years. The quote was reasonable and I went ahead and booked in the work with their customer service who are really helpful. Carl arrived two days later and did the work, he was polite, friendly , tidy and clearly knows his job very well. I will deff use them again!! Thanks Carl!

We had a problem our window wouldn't lock,we booked the window doctor on line, they came & gave us a quote, the office then called to arrange a time,we arranged a day,they kept us updated by text,our engineer Jay arrived on time,a pleasant young man,he was efficient & got on with the job.after he explained what he had done.would definitely reccomend, very good service.
