Don't bother. This site is back in the stone age. I can see feom ither reviews its one of the sites thats happy to take your deposit but when you try to withdraw...different story. People stick with ladbrokes sites. They are fair and even.

I was a bit apprehensive to join this site due to the negative comments but I joined yesterday, won money and its in my account already, I had sent my documents whilst playing as I know sometimes they ask for it before a withdrawal. Hopefully the reviews pick up for this website as it is decent and the customer service was lovely too.
Don't always look at the negative reviews.

Opened an account didnt have a bet and they closed it with my deposit still not used, now when I said ok its closed send me my deposit back they asked for all kinds of ID, you will regret ever signing up with them.

My sister requested a Date subject access request from these within the 30 days set out by the ICO ( information commissioners office ) Even though it's the law that they must provide for WHATEVER REASON they flat out refused and said make a complaint to the ICO. I urge everyone to submit DSAR requests

A scam site.Lucky I only deposited £5 for a £5 free bet.Now want a utility bill in COLOUR!Whatever that means.And a picture of a driving license or passport with a photo of myself holding it next to me.Quite humiliating!They took my deposit instantly. Perhaps they should send me documents of the company with them holding various ID next to their photo before they accept any deposits.I recently applied for and received a new credit card and bank account with no ID necessary.Just to be registered on the electoral register which I am for identification.

This gambling platform is a complete and utter SCAM! AVOID IT COMPLETELY!!!

Please make sure you report them to the Gambling Commission if you have experienced the same account restrictions after depositing.

What they are doing is FRAUD and it needs to be investigated immediately!!!

They allowed me to deposit funds into a new account, but within 10 hours restricted access to my account on the basis they needed to verify some personal details.

I have provided countless documents, driving licence, passport, utility bill, credit card statements etc. for the purpose of proving my identity and address, but apparently I've failed all security checks?

The information they are NOW requesting is sensitive personal data. They have gone as far as threatening to never give me my money back unless I provide a credit card number COMPLETELY unrelated to the depositing bank account.

Their whole operation is criminal.

I have contacted them several times to find out why I still don't have access to my account and money, as this is possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. All my documents are legitimate and my own.

Their only response has been "Check our terms and conditions".

When I actually managed to speak to them on the phone, I expressed my concerns to the representative and asked why there seemed to be so many issues, only for the representative to refuse to explain anything.

When I asked him why they allowed customers to deposit funds before verification, he proceeded raise his voice and started talking over me, saying "LOOK AT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, LOOK AT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ACCEPTED THEM!!! WE CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CUSTOMER AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON AND WE DO NOT NEED TO TELL YOU WHY!!!

Well that begs the question, why are you running a business designed to SERVE customers if that's your attitude???

I will be taking this further, if not for the money, it is merely a matter of principle, and from the other reviews here DAZN Bet clearly needs to be investigated.

I would suggest anyone experiencing problems speak to the Gambling Commission and request an independent adjudicator look into their complaint.

The more noise we make, the quicker we can get this business shut down!!!

For those thinking about joining DAZN Bet, STAY AWAY!!!

I deposited £500 over 2 days and then it came up with an error saying my deposit limit has been reached and if I hadn’t set one up to contact CS which I did. They replied back quickly saying there was no deposit limit and I should try again. So next day I deposited £50 all fine then again on my next deposit it came up with the same error message. I then received an email saying there was a net deposit limit of 50 weekly and 100 monthly put on my account. What an absolute joke. Casinos put deposit limits all the time but normally before you start to play and even if it’s done after they will put a £500 monthly limit. Now feel cheated with no chance to win my money back. Maybe I should be grateful as looking at the poor reviews on here maybe I would lose even more

Daznbet allowed me to deposit and bet as a Gamstop registered user they also verified my id on two occasions.

I raised a complaint and after much escalating they have agreed to refund the deposits made as a goodwill gesture.

This is a good example of a casino not profiting from problem gambling and doing the right thing.

Closed my account 2 days after opening

Took my deposit alright, but then locked my account. Wanted me to send photos of personal information to verify it - fair enough, but they should have done that before taking my money. I won't be sending personal information to this company, so I'll be out of pocket. But probably for the best to avoid any further damage looking at the reviews.

Most of the reviews I have read are 99% right. I don’t want to say anymore about the dazn bet because my experience is the same as the others. But it’s your own decision whether you want to try a go with dazn bet. To dazn bet, if you want your customers to stay you need to improve your service with integrity.

Deposited £25 and began playing. Half way through my acct suddenly said it's locked and if I wanted to know why, contact support. As if I'm not going to want to know why! So I contacted support and was told this is a routine thing, nothing to worry about and I would just need to speak with gamecare. I refused saying I have money in my acct and I'm refusing to be bullied and blackmailed into speaking with them when I don't wish to as you hold my money to ransom. I asked them to return my £25 deposit because you can wait for someone to deposit and block my acct until I jump through hoops to be allowed to play. No, need to do as we say first was the response. I then asked for their ADR. Don't have one. I said yes you do, your required by UKGC rules to have one. Oh yes, IBAS. They said they will send my.remaining balance to me which is not good enough because had I won theyd have withheld that too. I have requested the £25 back, which I now have to wait 24 hours for a response, then they will entertain my complaint, which will take up to 8 weeks, all while I've lost the £25 I deposited in good faith. When they refuse to return it, I'll add update here and I challenge Dazn to ask me to prove what I'm saying and I'll send the screen shots to trustpilot not a problem. Watch this space.
