It was quick and simple

This company went way beyond the pail to get me all the information I requested about a reading lamp I was interested in. The representatives who helped me found every detail I asked about and did not leave out any item. They are truly an exemplary company and
I will hope to do business with them again.

Shai and Apple were very patient and knowledgeable. I was in contact with them for over a week. They worked with me to set me up with a light that was customized to what I was looking for. They explained the whole process from producing my light to the arrival of my lights. I was fortunate to have them working with me.

What I liked about
Dazuma was that I loved my Pilaster outdoor lamp, but it was not wired for low voltage. Dazuma gave me a choice of how it wire it at low voltage (12) and AC (alternating current) ! Communication was awesome!

Supplies and customer service are awesome!
I will return and order again!

Dazuma returned emails in a timely manner. The woman that helped me has been excellent AND I asked them to take a video for me of the light I was considering and they did that too! That's GREAT service!

Great customer service. I ordered a weather proof outdoor solar light in bright white but they sent me cool white by mistake. I sent them pictures to prove my case and they shipped me the correct bright white solar light right away.

I was looking for a light for my new landscaping pillars along my walkway. Saw a picture on google and went to your website. It was perfect. I bought 6 of them, one for each of the 6 pillars. If they look as great as your pictures, I will be buying you again.

The communications regarding in transit scheduling was most helpful as well as reassuring that my delivery was well managed. The products I purchased look exceptional!

Was shipped with minimal packing material. 3 of 4 were damaged. The quality is less than you would expect from Walmart. Do not Buy!

Customer service reached out and refunded $100 on the $1500 order. They apologized, luckily the lights work and are high enough up that it is hard to see the dents. Needed them for grand opening, so had to use them or else I would have returned them. Changing to 3 stars since they did reply to my complaint.
