Went to get an engagement ring here. The staff were able to accommodate and eventually find me the diamond I wanted. The experience after that was less than ideal. The first mock up of the ring was so sub-par that I'm amazed they would even ask me to come see it at that point. The clasps were unaligned, uneven and the overall quality of the product was poor. This was then taken away and redone. The salesman also tried switching from 18k gold that we had initially decided to 14k which we did not ask for. When we were in the decision making process, the salesman would regularly message to say gold prices were going up every day in an attempt to pressure us into a decision. When the gold prices did eventually go down, he wasn't as chatty and didn't respond to a message asking if it was now cheaper. There was also an ask that wasn't made clear initially that he wanted to paid in cash for the ring...
I didn't like the aggressive sales tactics and being asked to come in multiple times - but the second version of the ring was fine and he did source a good stone for what I wanted.

Jaleel at DD is one of the best people to work with in Hatton, he sorted my engagement ring with the exact spec I wanted at the best price in the area! Definitely speak to the guys in store if you’re thinking about proposing!

Waking up to this beauty which we picked up yesterday from Dazzle Diamonds. Honestly, Shiyam and his team are the most respectful and knowledgeable jewellers I’ve ever come across. From the moment they called me in as I was walking past the store in search of my 20th anniversary ring, to the design process and collection, dealing with them was pleasurable. I cannot recommend Shiyam at Dazzle Diamonds more highly. I had a stunning bespoke eternity ring made and couldn't be happier with. Shiyam made it exactly to my requirements and and at the best price in Hatton Garden. I was so pleased I got him to repair and reset my engagement ring which looks better than when I bought it!

I was just browsing for ideas when I went into Dazzle Diamonds. Jaleel took me through the process of figuring out what I like - he showed me the different styles and settings, and a wide variety of diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds to to decide what type, size, and cut I most prefer. He designed my ring through this process, custom made exactly to my preferences. Fantastic experience.

Saw the Dazzling Diamonds at Redruth Regal Theatre in Cornwall on Thur 15th Jan 2024. Still smiling 2 days later, what a thoroughly enjoyable show. Took my husband & daughter to our first drag show and we weren't disappointed! What an entertaining and funny trio they are. Skilled vocals, dance routines and comedy skits, would highly recommend, we're already looking at show dates for next year.
