I ordered a perfume and it was never delivered. A delivery company claimed delivery complete but the package NEVER arrived!! Trying to contest this problem with DBCosmetica has been a nightmare! They don’t respond, they don’t do their part after I do the correct paper work to dispute delivery. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still waiting! No decision, no package!…I have no idea what’s going on.
