Love this product. Spoke with customer service prior to making my purchase for information. Called after the units arrived to activate warranty. Extremely helpful!

I purchased a DBPOWER Model DJS50 on 12/16/2021. I left in my vehicle for emergencys. When I removed it to make sure it was still charged in October of 2022 I noticed the digital display was not reading correctly. After emailing a video to DBPOWER they will not replace even though there is a one year warranty. I don't understand because there is a one year warranty and it has not been a year?

The only problem I had was that I wasn't informed that the product was shipped and I tried to enquire what was going on and didn't have much luck, but unbeknownst to me it had already shipped and I did receive the product in a reasonable time. I have not used the jump starter yet but I am confident that it's a good and well made product. I have a friend that bought one and it worked great ! Thank you

Upon making and receiving my DJS90 jump starter, purchased thru Walmart on-line. I was informed that DBpower absolutely would not provide a warranty. The claim is that the purchase MUST be made thru Amazon !!! Then the unit stopped working after only 3 months and will completely discharge itself in a matter of hours. FYI: Yes, the unit is turned off. Stay clear of this product. $75 wasted.

So far...I have checked to be certain it takes a full charge. I have plugged stuff into the AC outlets, and I have plugged something into the DC "car" outlet. All works as specified. However, I have not had an opportunity to put it through a real test, as would be required under "emergency" conditions; which is why I bought it.

We bought this as an emergency backup in case our power went out. We connected it to a small fan and ran it last night. It didn't even last the night. So it is inadequate for the purpose it was intended for. We intend to return it.

I ordered 2 of the same product. Only 1 came. I spoke to the customer service people and they asked me for photos of the original shopping label. I sent a picture of the label on the original packaging slid over the box containing only 1 thing with the packaging the size that could only barely fit over the Jumper thing packaging. They said they would get the photos to the proper people and be in touch. 1 week later I haven't heard back.......

Today, Sep 9, 2022, our DJS50 jump starter failed to start our 2019 Subaru Outback, though 1-2 years ago, in a different location, it started the same car 4-5 times
outside; today's failure occurred in an underground garage. Today it failed twice, which could be due to not reading the (tiny) directions correctly (please send me a legible copy). I should mention that this low-mileage car has a very dirty and neglected battery area; could this contribute to such failure?
Also, if I can't restart it, it would have to be towed from the underground garage.

Bought this 500 watt battery backup for a medical CPAP machine. We have frequent power outages and this now makes it possible and ensures the CPAP will be operational when these outages happen. We have used it several times already and it has provided power for 12 hours straight and recharges in 4 to 5 hours.

we bought two of the 12” display dvd players for our 8 and 6-1/2 year old granddaughters, we drove from SouthTexas to Disney and they worked Great!, the girls had no problems changing movies that they each wanted to watch, we also bought head phones so there was no issue on watching their movies, we highly recommend this product, they worked great for our trip

This is a great projector! I needed this for a workshop on short notice and it arrived with time to spare. It's sooooooo easy to use and the quality is fantastic. We have an art studio so clean, bright, accurate images are important. The backpack carrying case was a very pleasant surprise.
