Recently purchased a projector and I must say. Wow! What an amazing product. Whole family was together for movie night for the first time in a long time! Very affordable for such a great product

prompt delivery. good dvd player. played everything i tried to view, including some rather old dvds. instruction manual is little lacking and a small font size for visually impaired. good purchase for remote locations.

DBPower has continued to deliver affordable projectors with the additional features we require for our people.

I have a chy-09. You're telling me you don't have that number. Well I have one in my hand right now. 9 inch dvd player. No pause key. No play key. Send me something that works. It's awful.

Arrived promptly. This is my second purchase of a car jump starter from DBPower.

Bought a portable DVD player on Amazon, which quit working after a handful of uses in less than a month. Amazon said to contact manufacturer.
After several exchanges and hours consumed via phone, their chat service, and email…. including me sending videos of the faulty product not working, sending my Amazon order number over and over again, and getting 3 promises of a replacement, I still have made no progress. It’s been 2 years now since I purchased the product and started contacting both Amazon and customer service for DB Power. False promises and excuse after excuse is given to appease you.
The customer service is a run around and the product is not worth your money. Do not spend your money with DB Power.

This has been the worst experience. Lies, incompetent workers, a machine that didn't work and excuses from DB Power instead of immediate refund and paid return shipping label so I could return non working DVD player. Never again!

I got this as a battery starter. I haven't used it yet will post when I use it.

I store my car over the winter without access to electricity. It’s always been a crap shoot whether the car will start or I heed help with a jump start. This reasonably priced device has solved that problem. Love it.

Product arrived on time and in fine condition, one of the nicest packing strategies I've ever seen.
I bought the player for my wife who is disabled and lives in bed or a wheelchair. I am the only caregiver. She had some unforseen problems that ate up so much time I haven't gotten beyond charging the battery in the player, have yet to use it.
Send me another review request in a couple weeks, should be able to give a more complete answer then.

The unit performs well enough.1st. From the order summary I was under the assumption I was purchasing a 12" model/MK 101. The photo should not say 12". 2nd. At first the picture quality was fair to poor. I have since refined to Good. I was expecting at least as good as my phone. 3rd. Sound very good. And last easy to operate. Good for the $. Recommend.

I received my charging battery. With the battery I received an offer to get two gifts. I went to the website but was unable to get the gifts. I called dbpower. I was told the offer had ended. If the offer had ended why did I receive a card offering me the gifts. This was not a good way to begin our relationship.

I was helped a great deal by the customer service representative.
