Slightly overpriced but good stuff.
Great customer service.

First shipping to Texas was fast with their middle shipping option. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, I thought I was in for tough road getting another. so I filed a report with FedEx and just let dbrand know of the situation. An hour after notifying dbrand, they made me another order to ship to my house. It wasn’t even their fault. Luckily my neighbor down the way got it and I was about to go get it so dbrand didn’t have to send another one. Fantastic service. Even better products.

And a small pricing issue with an order, reached out to dbrand and received a response within minutes. The robots were able to resolve my issue, will definitely be shopping from dbrand on future products.

I had a damaged case that was purchased about 6 months. The damage seemed to be unrelated to drops or impacts. The support team was quick to reply and eager to replace my item and even upgraded me after I told them I now have a new phone. Seeing how they back their products has definitely restored my confidence.

From searching, final arrival of the case it was a great experience and I will highly recommend this brand for cases. I bought the switch 2 case it's fantastic.

So I ordered the wrong product to the UK and the returns process was handled the day after I emailed them. All I had to do was package up the goods, take some photos and as soon as I sent that they processed the refund, I did NOT have to wait for them to receive the goods. Amazing.

I bought my first extra skin for my rog xbox ally x. I got a free extra skin with my purchase. However, when I received it one the left skin for my rog did not fit. The cut was lopsided which resulted it not fitting, no matter what i did nothing aligned. I contacted dbrand to see if I could get a replacement for the left side only for the one skin. They apologized and sent me a whole new skin for the one that had issues plus an extra skin that I also bought from my previous order.

I've ordered several dbrand products, from Darkplates, to a second set of darkplates, to a grip case, and a killswitch for both my ROG Ally and Switch 2, and everything they've made has been quality. The only thing better than their products are their customer service, who has always been prompt in their responses, witty, and understanding. When i messed up the "light bar" on my ps5 darkplate and needed a replacement, they didn't charge me for the item, only for shipping to get it sent to me, despite it being 100% my fault. I'm a customer for life, and I read every email i get from them with anticipation, knowing they'll say something hilarious.

What a quality company. The feel of the skin id exceptional. I screwed up the first time sticking it on so they sent me another one free of charge. Who does that these days. I can’t wait to order again when I get my next phone. A wonderful experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Got the Killswitch case for my ROG Xbox Ally X. It is almost the same size as the device which makes packing it for travel so much easier than the other case I originally bought. Great grips too, making it nicer to hold that just using the device alone.

Item arrived quickly, with great guides to follow. It may be more pricey than other case options, but being able to use it on the go in more scenarios makes it an easy recommend

I got the Grip phone case for an iPhone 17 Pro Max and LOVE IT! As advertised, the grip is great. The textured edges make the phone significantly less slippery. The case and skin look great too. As for protection, well first I have to drop the phone and that just has not happened... yet; but, from my mechanical engineering perspective, it's well designed and has the proper material (type of plastic and thickness) to be well protected when the fumble eventually occurs. :-)

It's very rare that I write a review, usually only if I have a particularly good or bad experience with a product. In this case, it was the former!

The unboxing experience for my KillSwitch Steam Deck case was top tier, between the premium packaging and the funny remarks, it does make a difference, and it felt really good to unbox.

Instructions and links to video instructions were clear. Applying the screen protector and case was very simple, applying the skin was trickier as I didn't know I needed a hair dryer, but also easy after watching the video.

The quality of all parts I received feels excellent and premium, fits very well and looks great, the kick stand feels nice and clicky and well built, and the MicroSD card storage slots were a pleasant surprise.

The only negative I can think of is price, being around £90 all in. You get a soft device casing, a hard plastic cover for the front during transport, 2 thumb sticks covers, 2 glass screen protectors and a 'skin' (a nice looking thick durable sticker type cover for the front).

However, I bought it during the black Friday deal for about £45 including international shipping which after receiving it was an excellent deal I would highly recommend to anyone, and after being so happy with what I received I would even consider buying for full price in future. If the price were a tad lower, say £70 all in I would be more likely to buy it at full price, but the fact it goes on sale to £45 is an even bigger win if you are patient!

Great product. Killswitch 2, top quality and protection and quick helpful support if needed. Plus if/when they improve a fault or issue with theyre products the people who already bought older version dont get left out....Dbrand sent them free updated products to replace whatever design was changed. (Joycon issues)

Fedex displaced and shipped my order somewhere else but dbrand representative helped me a lot and reshipped the new order to me. Also gave me refund for my shipping 5 out of 5 for this company

Dbrand cases are the best you can buy. The grip case is so grippy that it pulls my pocket inside out when I take my phone out of my pocket.

Plenty of purchases from the lovely robots, great customer support, reasonable shipping times, and even the packaging is art. The skins are top notch, and generally quality is obviously a top priority. And yes, their marketing is genius in my opinion.
