Having received a high number of calls calls relating to our utility contract renewals we were initially sceptical but having spoken to him several times and having mentioned not being able to change provider as we had outstanding issues with our current provider Alan assured me that he could help and built our trust. Over the course of a few weeks Alan understood the issues we were facing and was able to pin point the right people to speak to which resulted in an almost £10k credit to our energy accounts today which we would never have managed to resolve so quickly. At the same time Tom was able to source alternative providers with competitive quotes and we have now made the move to transfer our utilities contracts. Alan and Tom were able to guide us through the steps we needed to take to get our contract issues resolved and our contracts renewed by providing appropriate (not pushy!) support. Thank you both so much for your help. Would definitely recommend their assistance and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them going forward.

Bradley was professional and got our charity a very good deal on our electricity contract - I very much recommend Direct Global if you need an honest, reliable, trustworthy broker in it for the long haul.

AVOID! Deliberate, structured rip-off.
If you're lucky they may find you a decent deal to earn your trust then they will go for every penny they can.
They will mislead you into entering into terrible deals to max out their commission. When you realise how bad the deal is and try to back out they will set their legal department on to you and sue you (yes, they have a well-resourced legal department because this is part of their business model). When asked why the deal they pressured you into is so bad, their defence is that they provide a service not advice, it is up to you to check out the deal! What is the purpose of a broker if not to help clients navigate complex markets and save them having to become expert in all utilities? They took tens of thousands in commission from our small multi-site hospitality company and nearly bust us when they sued us. I'm astonished the way they operate is legal, it shouldn't be.

They have been amazing, Trevor and Ben worked so hard getting us our refunds with our difficult energy supplier and got us so far over 27k in refunds. Also managed to get us into better energy deals as well. Best customer service we have had thank you all.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY BIGGEST CON ARTISTS AROUND. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS BROKER THEY WILL MISS SELL YOU A POKICY ANS THEN DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DENY IT. EVEN REFUSE TO SEND PHONE CALLS FOR MISS SELLING CONTRACT AFTER I DOD A DSAR REQUEST.

Absolute crooks! They lied to me about my contract in multiple ways;
1. If we signed up with Npower to get the meter fitted, then we could move supplier within 6 months. LIE
2. Our contract was a fixed price to give us security. LIE it was a multiple purchase contract that did not have the additional costs included.
3. If we inflated our usage figures for the first year we would get better discounts. LIE. It gave them bigger commission in excess of £30k per year.

I have the first two statements in email and on a recorded call. Still no action by them to fix this.

Both Aaron and Georgia were absolutely superb. They explained everything clearly and neatly and managed to get me a significantly better deal than the renewal offering from my current supplier.

Proceed with extreme caution.

Our business relied on representations that there were no hidden charges, a £0 standing charge, and that only government costs would sit outside the quoted unit rate. Those statements did not align with our understanding after reviewing the final contract documentation in detail.

We felt rushed into signing, were given very limited time to complete a full contractual review, and only later identified significant pass-through costs and fixed charges that had not been clearly quantified during negotiations.

The experience left us feeling that sales urgency was prioritised over transparency and informed decision-making.

This has been an expensive, stressful and deeply disappointing experience for our organisation.

Would not recommend.

Really happy with the service we received from Richard; we now have our energy bills fixed for a substantial period, which makes planning and budgeting easier. And our unit rate has reduced too. So great to have help with this and save our time.

Responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Overall, the service provided was excellent.

Be aware of this scam company. Specially Mr. Tom Gregan and Aaron. They promised us one rate per Kw and when we received firs bill it was 25% higher. Tried to call but never answer. Stay away from those SCAMERS.

Great service. Well done to Richard & Ross for all their help with negotiating energy contracts and for being the only brokers who told us we were due £8000 back from our current energy suppliers overpayments, wrong Vat Rating & being wrongly charged for climate change levy. As a charity we would not have known we have been overcharged without Direct Global highlighting this to us. Highly recommend working with brokers that check old bills and not just sell you a new contract.
