Ryan, Alex and Emma took the time to sort out our energy renewals for Trenance Holiday Park, including managing and correcting issues across 30+ electric meters that our previous supplier had left unresolved. Their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. We couldn’t be happier with the service. We would highly recommend their team without hesitation.

Dealt with a Steven Parodi who promised me all sorts, turns out he sold me a 'pass through' tariff without telling me this, he is no longer with the company so I have nowhere to go with this, I would strongly advise not to do business with this company, disgusted!

After having contract issues with Total Energies, Stacey from Direct Business solutions stepped in and managed the problem until it was resolved. Excellent customer service from her.

Found Direct Global on a Google search, looking for a better deal than Amazon. Great prices, great boxes, a wide variety of boxes and deals. The added tape is good quality and useful and the next day delivery option is brilliant.

I got nearly all the boxes I needed and then saw an advert in my local online group for used moving boxes for sale. I purchased them, and when I picked them up, they were clearly used in a move; however, they had a lot of life left in them. The name on the boxes..... Direct Global.

I was contacted by Layna regarding my electricity supply and I was a bit wary to start with as I had previously experienced very poor service from a different energy adviser at another company that caused me significant problems when it came to the renewal . Layna was very helpful and supportive in sorting out my requirements and it was Richard who negotiated with my existing supplier a very attractive renewal for me so I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I have worked at Direct Global for just over a year now. After working in the energy sector for around 8-9 years, it’s refreshing to work at a company who do things the right way.

I have dealt with Dean Hardy for a couple of years now and I can't fault him or DBSNE. Dean knows a lot about the energy industry, and goes out of his way to understand our business requirements.

They provided our business with transparent information and advice regarding our electricity contracts. Our partnership has proved to be extremely useful in ensuring that our costs are minimized and it is reassuring to know that they monitor our contracts continually.

Stacey has been very supportive as we moved our business to a new address. She has been quick to respond and has dealt with any queries from both us and our providers effectively.
