Received partial order with one item nit included and wrong items sent. I have emailed and called the phone number that goes straight to vm.
Horrible!
No response for return or exchange and according to site I should not have to pay shipping due their mistake
Terrible .
1/9 I finally received an email response and am hopeful DBX will send the missing item I purchased. They offered a refund and blamed it on human error but I would like the item. 🤞

Have nor received my order to date, Very long time to get your orders out.

Never received my order. I paid for it on April 3rd. It’s now May 17th. I emailed them twice. I have not heard back from them at all. When I check the status of my order, it still says it’s unfulfilled. If you’re not going to send me my order, at least give me a refund.

Put my order in a week ago still not received my order.
When I contacted you I was told another 2 days .
Which is confusing when you offer a 24 hour service

Well to be honest, my order was on order placed for 2 days before being shipped that was the only problem. But I know this company is relatively smaller than others and doesn’t have mass machine production (like amazons massive wharehouses)… shipping took 2 days and the sweat suit is brilliant. Thank you.

Brilliant service was fast aswell

Wrong item sent and was promised my sauna suit would arrive in a few days, More than a week later my sauna suit has never arrived. Poor service or should I SAY NO SERVICE AND NO SAUNA SUIT!!

The Post Office failed to deliver my goods and once informed DBX responded immediately.Customer relations and service were outstanding. Well done team. My lycra cycling shorts are excellent and great value for money.

Quick deliver. size guide has me at a medium so I ordered large and it just fits I'm on a diet so it should be perfect in a month or 2 👍

Great service. The jacket fits very well, is very warm and comfortable. Does not breathe very well on a serious cyclist, it gets very wet on the inside, especially in the arms.
