As others have said it’s a total scam. Emailed me to say order was delayed and would be with me in a few days, but never received it and attempts to contact them went unanswered. Luckily was able to claim money back from my bank but they had the brass neck to dispute this.

Absolute scam company, do not put an order through with them as they won't send a thing

Ordered and paid for goods but nothing arrived. Could not contact them at all - no response on phone or email.
Fortunately paid with a credit card so could raise a dispute.

This site will take your money with no intention of supplying goods - do not use!

Ordered from this company beginning of March, received confirmation for order through Clearpay but weeks later no item and no response from company. I’ve not received the item and have had no form of communication, resolution or refund. Have now completely paid for item through Clearpay and for nothing. This company are not replying, Clearpay aren’t being very forthcoming and in the meantime I’m out of pocket. Disgrace

I made an order and paid through Clear Pay on 30 Jan 2023. I received a shipment email from Thai-Box but didn't receive the goods. I contacted the seller via the mobile number on the website on 9 Feb to say they hadn't arrived. They were responsive at first but nothing arrived for a month. On 6 Mar I requested a refund. They said they would arrange it neither the goods or the product have been received. They stopped answering me from 6 Mar 2023.

The company doesn't exist on Companies House and there are no names given on the website. I think the seller has failed to make a functional business model and while they started with good intentions, they have failed to run the business and are now just getting comfortable with the fact that they are making money out of scamming people.

Perhaps only buy from a company if they're amazon or if they accept PayPal.

SCAM SCAM
Put an order in for a punch bag. Read the terms and conditions regards delivery etc. Waited a few days hard nothing, no emails etc. Phoned the number on the page eventually got a text message back so I phoned up and got a response. He said he was busy and only himself to deal with deliveries etc. No name was given but was asked to email them and they'd get delivery scheduled. Got email to say it was out for delivery and tracking. No tracking number given. Tried to get in contact to get tracking number and courier but got no response or reply to emails or phone calls or phone messages.
Have managed to get temp refund from my bank.
I think this has a scam company where you send your money. They hold on to it as long as possible in an account to get interest or other.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Scam! Never got products

well, just like everyone else. i got scammed. 500 pounds on a bob dummy. been told stories since january about them going to funerals and so not being able to reply, didn’t have a tracking number. There were no reviews to go off of before but just so you know, huge, uncomfortably well put together scam.

This company is a SCAM , do not waste your hard earned money !! Your order will never arrive . No response on phone or email. So frustrated with this nonsense

I have purchased a kick dummy and paid £521 included with the express delivery charge on 6th of February. I have received a shipment confirmation email after two days , then nothing was received until now. Phone call , email and message are all died , they disappeared.
AVOID , AVOID, AVOID !!!!!

My daughter ordered shin pads three weeks ago and has not received them or any confirmation of the order yet the money has been taken for them. Both myself and my daughter have been emailing and calling and the number just goes through to voicemail. No one gets back to you. Stay well away from them and I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I will be contacting the bank to get a refund and reporting this company.

SCAMMERS! - STAY WELL AWAY
My son had same experience as others below. He placed an order for a PMA Adults Shockwave Jiu Jitsu Ear Guards £26.00, it never arrived! Initially chased them by their mobile phone number and someone did get back to me however, the phone number is going straight to voice mail. I have emailed them too to request a refunded but haven't heard back from them.

I bought boxing gloves from this company, I did not receive any any email to confirm this order. I tried to call the number several times it would right but no answer. They responded in text saying who is this and what’s this regarding. I explained to them I did not receive my order, I looked online and seen the reviews, they said that it’s someone and there mates and they are trying to get trustpilot to take them down as they are fake. I have given the benefit of the doubt as they said my order was out of stock and will be 2 weeks before delivery. They now have stopped responding to my messages and police and the bank have now been notified.

Ordered express 1-3 w/d, still not received any emails from them to say order shipped. My friend has had the same issues so both emailed but have not received a reply, tried phoning and went straight to email. Company’s clearly garbage and a possible scam, bank contacted to get my money back.

Avoid at all cost!!

I had same experience as others below. I've placed an order for an item worth £415! It never arrived nor refunded. Could not contact the shop over the phone nor email - no replies. So I was forced to file a claim to my bank which swiftly recovered all the funds! 5 starts goes to NatWest :D.
I've ordered same item from another shop which delivered it next day! Another 5 stars goes to boxingbar.com.

The company (Thai-Boxx) doesn't exist at the registered address, the only contact is their mobile which has never been answered - it seems to have blocked my number as I go straight to VM > the Contact Form on their website (text is white) and doesn't function correctly - is this so they can say 'no message / blank message' received -

Having emailed (Gmail?) [no reply] - Web Messaged, [no reply] and Called, [no reply]

I have fully researched the business > I should have checked before buying.

I've had no choice but to raise a dispute and order the goods elsewhere - I originally gave them the benefit of doubt as I did receive 'some' of my order!

If they had responded in any way shape or form, I would have waited for the goods and left a positive review as it stands I'm circa £140.00 out of pocket so... I can't recommend

Find a 'safer' more reliable business to deal with.

Please do not order from this SCAM company! They use iMessage to text you in a very unprofessional manner and do not even have a real email address and their emails do not even send at all. They will either say your item is out of stock and waiting for delivery or it’s on its way then you won’t receive the item at all! You will text them and they will say ‘who is this and what is it regarding’ they will tell you all of the reviews are ‘one guy and his idiot mates’ leaving fake reviews. Make excuses for why they don’t answer messages and just scam you basically! DO NOTTTT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
