Worst company I’ve ever dealt with , when I ordered my tv there were 5 in stock , a week later I was told I would have to wait a week because of Black Friday, a week after this my date was put back again as they said a delivery hadn’t turned up , a new delivery date was given and on the day I emailed to ask if my tv would arrive and was told the tv had a problem and they couldn’t deliver it and had to wait for restock , this was the third delivery date over a month , finally had enough of there lies and asked for a refund, I was told by email it would take 14 days for a refund, I have emailed again to ask where my refund is after 14 days to get no reply , they have had £1500 of mine now for over a month , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible service. Tried to get a phone from them...awaited delivery with no success. Tried to call them and waited on the phone for 40mins. Gave up and sent them an email. Phone is expected two weeks after they said they would deliver it.

I am currently awaiting a refund.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! By far the worst company I've ever ordered anything from.

Ordered Samsung TV took 2 weeks to come! Then when it came can you believe the TV was flickering on one side!!! Such a bad bad experience I suggest everyone who reads this to spend extra 100 pounds BUT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY! These "good" reviews are 100 percent FAKE!

Now there saying 2 weeks to refund my money for 560 pounds! Ordered a tv from Argos and they delivered same day!

Very bad experience with this company. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this company. Bought TV from their store, came damaged. No contact, no refund was received. The worst company which I ever had dealt with.

Had a very bad experience. Bought a sound bar which was dead on arrival - unable to get any reply via telephone/website/email. Sent back and am still waiting. Unable to get money back from credit card as cost was under £100.
Update:
Contacted by DC Digital. They apologised for bad service etc. It seems that they had staff/system difficulties which they have now sorted. Everything was then put right quickly and efficiently. I am happy with everything and would order from them again. Things can go wrong what counts is what happens after the problem.

I am naturally suspicious about anything on websites so when I read about DC Digital offers, I thought it was too good to be true. In fact I traveled 70 miles to Poole to see where they operated from. Well I can safely say they are a genuine company and really nice people. It is a family business and the owner, Dominic was so helpful, we were even offered coffee by Dominic's wife while we waited.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone and my partner bought a Samsung tablet and they is great products. The price was almost half of that I have seen elsewhere and the service was as good as John Lewis. I recommend anyone to buy from this company.
