I ordered a lamp online which they did not deliver; the kept stringing me along saying it would be in "next month's shipment". When I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, they ignored all my emails and phone messages. Eventually had to get my credit card company to raise a chargeback in order to get my money back. Avoid!
I ordered lights and after a week I emailed, telephoned and emailed to see what the status was. After contacting them via paypal I received a response that they were coming from Denmark and so I would be contacted once received. lights were not actually in stock. I took them through paypal dispute and received my money back.
Do not use them, I ended up buying online from Electrical store via Amazon platform and they were fabulous.
