I had ordered by mail items back in November and they told me I would get it by three different dates that brought the time frame into Christmss Eve which I still did not receive it. Does it take a month to get something by mail. I'll never buy from them again. Also when you called customer service, all you heard was due to Covid 19, shipments will be delayed and never got a live person to speak to
