Extruder too hot
Very great support. Printer didn‘t work because of an issue with the extruder. The support was very kind and analyzes the issue soon. They send immediatly some parts and gave a very good explanation to change it.

Good Printer, strange software versions - very good support
Spring last year I´ve bought my first 3d printer - the Kobra 3 Combo. My impression of the hardware is very positive, it´s working fine, delivering good results.
Finding the right slicer software was not so straight forward. There a two different versions, where the one, that is installed as standard is not the newest one. Directly after installation it asks you to install a newer one?!
Anyhow. The support for the software at that time and a hardware issue now was very good. I got answers within a working day, just delayed due to the time shift. My HW problem was solved, I will receive a free spare part.

I bought a Kobra 3v2 Combo to start 3D…
I bought a Kobra 3v2 Combo to start 3D printing, and it printed very good! Then, after almost 500 hours, I had a clogging error and in the aftermath the hotend and cooling fan were damaged.
Anycubic's Service Department offered to send me free replacements, which I am now waiting for. Of course I give them 5 stars after they asked me to fill out this trust pilot.

I had a few issues with my Kobra 3 Max, but Anycubic’s support was excellent—straightforward and quick to send replacement parts. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the initial print quality required some work.
The Anycubic Slicer defaults are a good start, but for the best results, I recommend switching to Orca Slicer and performing a full calibration. Since doing that, the print quality has improved significantly! Pro tip: Use 3D adhesive spray to prevent warping on large prints. Overall, a solid machine once dialed in!

My Kobra S1's hotend broke. Didn't even take them 12 hours to respond and offered to send me a new hotend. Speaking of the Kobra S1. Definitely the best FDM printer I had so far. Prints great right out of the box without any calibration needed. Been using the presets for 50 hours of printing and had zero fails.
Previous encounters with the CS were great too. Issues always get resolved within days, usually with a free spare part accompanied by a video guide of how to install it.
