never buy Anycubic printer!!!
Unfortunately, I can only give one star. Otherwise, I would have given zero. The printer is getting worse with every print. It's working less and less, and it's simply no fun to print anymore when there are constantly new error codes. Customer service is not very helpful and only standard texts. They haven't sent me the replacement parts that was promised. And there are constantly new errors, and now I'm supposed to pay and buy the replacement parts myself. I would never buy another Anycubic printer again!!!

Multiple Failures Across Devices – Disappointed with Quality and Support
We are currently using two Anycubic Kobra S1 printers and three ACE (Anycubic Color Engine) units – unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing:
Two out of three ACE units are already defective. One suffered a broken drive belt (for the second time!), and another had a complete failure of the filament sensors and the "Driven Wheel Components" module.
Additionally, one printer’s mainboard had to be replaced.
In total, we have experienced more than 8 failures across these devices in a relatively short time.
Spare part delivery is extremely slow. We are still waiting for parts from previous support cases, with no real update, apology, or compensation.
While support is technically reachable, the response is slow and unhelpful – no goodwill gestures or proactive assistance have been offered.
As a business, we rely on hardware that’s dependable. Compared to other brands (like Bambu Lab), Anycubic falls behind: we receive replies within 24 hours and spare parts within 3 days from Bambu Lab.
Due to this ongoing frustration, we’re seriously considering selling the existing machines and will not purchase the new Kobra S1 MAX, as we expect it to have the same reliability issues.
While the print quality is acceptable, reliability, build quality, and customer service are simply not suitable for professional or even demanding hobby use.
What could have been a strong partnership has unfortunately turned into a major disappointment.

Had the problem that the aftermarket Hotend got stuck in the heat dissipation block. So I needed a new Block but didn‘t find it anywhere to buy. So I contacted the support and they sent me all the parts needed and more for free. VERY NICE!

In July I bought a Kobra 3 V1 Combo and I was so pleased with it, that a couple of weeks later I ordered another V1 Combo. To my surprise, Anycubic contacted me to let me know that the V1 is no longer in stock and I will be getting a V2 instead. Lovely machines, I use them daily. They're the most affordable multicolor printers I know of and they do a great job!
The support is also top tier! Lately I started having issues with the ACE units, but I've sent an email with a video to the support team and in less than 24 hours they dispatched the replacement parts I needed. A big thank you to the support team, especially David!
I totally recommend Anycubic to everyone, they won't regret it! I bought mine after hearing from a friend who had 3 already. My next printer will surely be an Anycubic, but I don't know yet if it's going to be a Kobra 3 Max or one of the resin printers (I'm still scared of resin printing).

My printer (S1C) has run flawlessly for the first 1,000 hours of printing, and only now did the hotend start showing signs of wear replaced it, and it’s back to printing perfectly.

I bought a kobra 3 combo one year ago…
I bought a kobra 3 combo one year ago and it did very few manteinance for most of the time. Just a couple of changed nozzles here and there. In the last 2 weeks I have had more serious issues but with the help of the customer service I was able to solve them and continued using my printer. In conclusion, I am very happy with the product and the customer service till now.
