Very quick in responding and finding the right solution!
During online-ordering I got immediate and competent support over the phone to chose the right products. Infos during shipping-process were accurate and prompt.
One part got damaged during transport - immediate replacement was organised (email-response within 1 hour after filing the report!!) - very positive experience compared to other online-furniture-suppliers...
