You need to know that Jimdo websites are currently can not be indexed to Bing (the second largest search engine)
Plus, Jimdo currently do not have customer support!
I am a paid customer, yet no is replying to me for the last 10 days!!!!

We encountered a subscription issue that was flagged by the system, but we couldn’t see it ourselves. We exchanged emails with support for 10 days before Jimdo manually resolved the problem. It caused us quite a bit of concern. Fortunately, the issue is now resolved.

You're not serious, it's unbearable!!!
I've been a customer for 13 years and I have 3 websites.
I've seen subscriptions increase while customer service deteriorates. All you can say is that you have a lot of customer requests...that's not an answer!!! You're overwhelmed...hire some people, you bunch of incompetents!!!

I canceled my plan as I no longer need your services... apparently it was not enough notice, so you billed me and despite several requests to refund the money you have refused. Your policy should have been noted in the renewal email reminder not requiring me to follow a hyper link, then log in, and read a lengthy terms and conditions, you have intentionally set this system up to scam people. I will not be recommending your services to anyone.

My website has 15 years. It is not modern. Jimdo doesn't want to modernize its website builder cms. It has abandoned its users. That's a pity.

We have grown very disappointed with Jimdo for a number of reasons - the first is lack of customer support.
1. One of our many Jimdo sites is experiencing 409 errors. It took a week for tech support to reply.
2. The tech support is only offered on limited hours when they do reply - we are in Canada. We cannot wait 8-12 hours for someone in your time zone to reply.
3. The Jimdo platform has never improved. The templates have not improved or even changed in the eight years we have been customers.
4. Your fees have increased significantly, with no innovation, no customer support and limited tools.
It is time for Jimdo to improve or leave the market to WIX.

Jimdo refuses to talk directly with customers to resolve. Unacceptable when you have paying business customers. Do not recommend any business use this company. Very impersonal and care more about their own policy minutiae than customer retention and support.
NEVER USE JIMDO. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am in the USA and have been a customer with Jimdo for 12 years. My website is low activity but important for my customers. Jimdo sent me INV06001455 and their email auto-filed into my promotions folder, not my primary folder. So I missed renewal payment. They never called me or tried to communicate beyond form emails. No people will talk to you directly. My bill was due 27 April. They sent a payment reminder 22 days later and another 43 days later. They took weeks to respond to my requests for inquiry and never wanted to talk to me in person to resolve my questions. Just threatening collection letters. Everything is a form letter response and they tell you they have too many tickets / high volume, to respond to so be patient. They are not interested in retaining customers, nor dealing with humans and issue resolution, only doing to bare minimum. 78 days after the due date they terminated everything, sent me to a collections agency in Germany (I am in USA) and will not talk to me directly. Then a billing specialist Benjamin sent me a letter after weeks claiming he replied but did not. Every interaction with JIMDO says they do not care about you as a long term customer. STAY AWAY FROM JIMDO! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE.

Reliable website builder, very good customer support. I just switched after 10 years of using a different provider and so far I am super happy with the product, the way I can build my website (even from tablet and mobile, which previously I could not do). I highly recommend!

I have recommended Jimdo to many people. I have had my websites with Jimdo for years and I am totally satisfied!
Everything works perfectly, the website is easy to set up, and whenever I had a question, I received a response within a short time. In addition, the help I received was really helpful and provided me with exactly what I needed.
I also find the company to be very lively and creative. In the newsletter, I always see what exciting inspiration they share with us. Thank you very much for your great work!

Their refund policy is non-existent. Their customer service is also non-existent. I requested a cancellation and refund. Jimdo response was, "We have reviewed your request and would like to inform you that we are unable to comply with your revocation request, as there is no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers provided for in your country". In short, we cannot provide a refund. I think it worth to note that you are better off purchasing from a reputable web hosting. Jimdo may be cheap, but the aggregation and inconvenience is not worth your time and effort. A word of caution ~ STAY AWAY FROM JIMDO.
Based on your response below, it means you have no right or license to do business in the United States. Your business ads are deceptive,a sham and fraud! Consumers beware!

Raised support ticket weeks ago still did not receive response. I receive last kind of update 5 days ago that they have too many tickets and it was already over a week since I raised a ticket. Do not recommend.
And no it has been 2 weeks and still no solution so you can reply you have increased volume but in the way that I cannot have response in weeks? Really??? Are you serious?

I have three paid sites on Jimdo for several years, including one with an online store, and until now, I never had any issues. Due to a billing error, I received the same payment link twice for one site, which made it impossible to pay for the third. As a result, my site has been blocked.
I have tried contacting Jimdo multiple times, but there is no response from support or customer service, only automated emails and an unhelpful chatbot. I cannot pay the invoice because my account is blocked, which is a frustrating design flaw in their system.
My online store, moonsisters.nl, has been offline for almost a full week, costing me sales and revenue. Despite repeated requests for a working payment link, I have received no help. This is extremely disappointing. Jimdo’s lack of support has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.

We found them unethical. We signed up for a service then within minutes, learned that it wasn't capable of meeting our technical requirements. Immediately canceled and explained. From Germany, they argued that they don't have to cancel anything even if we can't use it or it doesn't meet our needs because "it's a contract." We are filing suit in the US as a point of principle. We also found they're not registered to conduct business in the US, meaning they're operating in most, if not all US states illegally. If you look at their Trust Pilot reviews from the original French location (Support perhaps is there), there are many, many negative reviews. Strong avoid.

I sent customer service requests on sep 13.14.16 and 19 as well as direct emails to your billing department from my email jolievonarnim at gmail.If you can help me that would be Great, but I am desperate and frustrated at this Point as I have Not had a response and the website is down.
