Great sofa, disappointing pillows
I really like the Douglas sofa I purchased from SOFACOMPANY, and overall I had a good experience with the company and my visits to their Berlin showroom. I was debating between the 3-seater Douglas and Astha sofa styles, and in the end I believe the Astha style would fit better in a studio space.
The delivery time for a custom sofa was faster than expected. The only thing to note with the delivery is that the sofa legs do not come pre-installed, so you will need to do this yourself. The delivery company offered to do this for an additional €50.
When I placed my order the sofa came with two promotional pillows, and unfortanetly the quality of these was quite disappointing. I chose the Inez style, measuring H: 50 cm x B: 50 cm. The pillow filling is duck feathers, which makes the pillow soft and unable to retain its shape. As soon as you sit on these pillows they sink in and become flat. Unfortanetly, the only solution offered was to "return" these items.

Very late delivery
We got a promised delivery in 2 weeks, but the sofa only arrived after 2 months... Otherwise looks like good quality.

The sofa is very good, but the delivery service is a disaster!
The delivery times were not respected, what had been agreed was not done etc....

Smooth experience!
Checked out the sofa online and then went to one of their store to see it in person. As it looked great I ordered online and the rest was super smooth. It said delivery time would be 7 weeks but it ended up coming earlier! The delivery date selection was great too!
I was really positively surprised how easy and smooth everything went!

It would have been best to have the assembly service included (in my case it would have been minimal effort to install couch legs)
