Their team is easy to deal with and I will be using them for all my future needs! Could not recommend them higher!

Like Chloe, Terrible service. Placed order 24/Jun via Jimmy Barnes Online Store which promises domestic orders within days. It's now 10/7 and it has not even been dispatched. Sent email asking where is the delivery and please respond or I will cancel. First email response is to say that the order is cancelled with no explanation. Really poor form.

The garments are of high quality, and the printing is the same, but that's as far as it goes. Customer service is non existent. I had to wait 6 weeks for my items to arrive, and didn't receive one notice at all from the team at Dead Set Threads regarding why my items were being delayed. They say on their socials, and websites that they offer 24 hr - 2-4 days turnaround. What a complete load of rubbish. Do not order from this company if you're wanting to have your items quickly. Happily take peoples money and don't even have the common courtesy as to inform their users of where their items are. I don't have any issues waiting for my items to arrive, as long as I am kept up to date with what is happening. Don't tell me my things are going to arrive in a timely manner to hook me into ordering from you by your words of promise on your website and socials, and then don't make contact when you can't keep your word. I will never use this company ever again for anything, due to their total lack of customer service.
