From Andrea in the showroom to Peter coming to measure up with his wealth of knowledge to Scott installing the blinds quickly, neatly and without any mess the experience was excellent.

We made a call to request a visit and the lady in the phone was very polite and efficient. On our first visit Scott was very helpful in advising of the type of blinds would best suit our windows and measures up as well as advising us of when we could expect delivery of blinds.
As promised we received a call to arrange fitting. On the day of delivery Rob (M) called us to say he was on his way. He fitted blinds and explained how to operate them.There was no mess etc left for us to clear at all first class service. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

What a fantastic company! Amazing friendly staff and fitters who were professional, curtious and who cleaned up after themselves. I am over the moon wiith both my shutters and blinds. They have totally elevated my holiday cottage. I will definitely be using deal direct again.

Deal direct were amazing very friendly and very helpful in the show room. Really smooth experience from start to finish with Deal Direct.

I reached out to order a new Roman blind online and shortly after someone got in touch to arrange a home measure, which was quick and easy to book in.

Rob came out to do the measuring and was brilliant, really friendly and took the time to show a good range of samples so I could see what would work best. He also left me with clear info about the blind I’d chosen, which helped me feel confident in the decision.

Scott fitted the blinds for us and was just as good. He called ahead before arriving, turned up on time, was really tidy while working and explained everything clearly once the blinds were fitted. The installation itself was super quick but still done properly.

Overall really happy with the whole process and the finished result. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality blinds and a hassle-free service.

We had a new Blind fitted today the lads who came out and fitted the blind Scott and Jason very polite helpful and Tidy They rang us prior to getting here to let us know they were on their way. Delighted with the service and quality of the Blind excellent price . Would highly recommend.

Love my blinds! Opted for perfect fit blinds in my French doors and they are perfect. From start to finish communication with Deal Direct Blinds was clear and efficient. Appointment for the measuring was made quickly and I was updated with the progress of my order. Fitting was swift and Stephen, the fitter, was superb.

Great service from quotation to install. Price was brilliant. I had quotes from other companies, Deal Direct were by far the cheapest. Quality of blinds is excellent. I purchased faux wood with tapes. The lads were great knew there stuff. Scott,Jason and Peter. I highly recommend this company

Very efficient company to deal with. From booking someone to measure up and give us a quote, to the fitting.
The salesman Peter is not on commission so no high price to haggle down. Took time to explain the difference in the quality of materials and which would work best for our room. It’s a sun room, south facing so he suggested black out blinds. Deflect the heat in summer and insulate in winter
I did get another company to quote who were not a patch on Direct Deal Blinds, and far more expensive.
We went for motorised cassette roller blinds with remote
They were fitted with in 2 weeks. We were contacted from the office to update on progress and arrange a fitting date
On the day, fitters Scott and Jason contacted us to say they were on the way and would be approximately 45 mins.
When they arrived they made sure they took their shoes off and replaced them with slippers in the house. To be fair I thought they were making themselves comfortable and moving in 😀
They worked efficiently and cleanly, the blinds were up in a jiffy. They then showed my husband how to operate the remote with the blinds (as he is in charge of duffas)

I cannot praise this company enough …..efficient, friendly, quality products at a very competitive price

Great showroom. Delivery is quick. Good customer service and advice. Scott came and measured up and was very patient as choice was so good I struggled to pick which I preferred. Rob came out and fitted the blinds - great professional job. All in all a smooth operation with great customer service. Highly recommend.
