Very efficient company to deal with. From booking someone to measure up and give us a quote, to the fitting.
The salesman Peter is not on commission so no high price to haggle down. Took time to explain the difference in the quality of materials and which would work best for our room. It’s a sun room, south facing so he suggested black out blinds. Deflect the heat in summer and insulate in winter
I did get another company to quote who were not a patch on Direct Deal Blinds, and far more expensive.
We went for motorised cassette roller blinds with remote
They were fitted with in 2 weeks. We were contacted from the office to update on progress and arrange a fitting date
On the day, fitters Scott and Jason contacted us to say they were on the way and would be approximately 45 mins.
When they arrived they made sure they took their shoes off and replaced them with slippers in the house. To be fair I thought they were making themselves comfortable and moving in 😀
They worked efficiently and cleanly, the blinds were up in a jiffy. They then showed my husband how to operate the remote with the blinds (as he is in charge of duffas)

I cannot praise this company enough …..efficient, friendly, quality products at a very competitive price

Great showroom. Delivery is quick. Good customer service and advice. Scott came and measured up and was very patient as choice was so good I struggled to pick which I preferred. Rob came out and fitted the blinds - great professional job. All in all a smooth operation with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Made my order with Rob,he was friendly and very helpful. Today my Monet blind was fitted by Stephen,he explained everything,and was also friendly and very helpful. The blind is stunning and I will be recommending Deal Direct Blinds to my friends.

I am a “returnee” to DDB (this last time was my fourth order). I phoned the office and spoke to Eva (who is always so efficient and a delight to deal with). She organised for Peter to call and measure-up - (also very efficient and friendly). And within 3 weeks the blinds were fittted by Scott (who did a fine job).

I can’t imagine ever going to any other company for blinds. DDBs are superb to deal with. Highly recommend.

Just had the lovely Peter out today to measure up for another blind. He’s a real asset to the company. Second time using Deal Direct Blinds and wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else.

The man who came out to show me samples and measured was so kind and helpful. Then today same again. Scott and Peter were so nice and no mess he hovered the dust up off the drilling. I would definitely recommend

Steve came today and sorted my font window blinds out the old ones were down in minutes and the new ones up, in total he was here about 15mins and what a great job and very nice lad, will be using these again for my upstairs, all the staff from purchase and fitting were great, quality of product is second to none thanks everyone for your help and advice

Blinds measured on the Monday and fitted on the Thursday. Scott and Rob did an excellent job. Third time I've used this company. Would use again and recommend

We have a new house with glass walls to one side. Blinds are essential and they are operated constantly.
We reviewed the market and decided on Deal Direct. The quality of the blinds, mechanisms and controls is superb and the service and after sales to match.
Having used our initial 12 blinds for two years we are now in the process of having another nine fitted.
Our neighbours, who chose different companies received disappointing products at a higher price.
Cannot recommend them too highly.

We recently had Illusion blinds and Venetian blinds fitted by Deal Direct and are very pleased with the whole experience.
Their pricing was competitive, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our fitters, Paul and Scott, did a great job with the installation and were both pleasant and efficient.
We did encounter a small manufacturing issue with one of the blinds. It wasn't immediately obvious, but once I noticed it, I couldn't unsee it. I contacted the company, sent over a few photos, and the issue was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. The whole process was straightforward and pain-free.
