Detailed deals which makes it easy to choose properties. I recommend for all property investors.

This is a scam! Customer service is an AI that is very unhelpful. The log in code did not work for the free trial and then it charged me £850 for a service that never worked… Don’t do it. They are criminals. Sent lots of emails with zero reply from a real person. Total scam.

I would give zero stars if possible but want people to see the review. I hadn't realised I auto signed up after a free period and been charged almost £720. I've not used the website since the first time (during the free period, first day) emailed and asked for a refund and got this reply:
Dear Customer,
I understand you're writing about your recent subscription and are requesting a refund, mentioning you signed up for a free trial and haven't used the service.
Our records indicate that your free trial ended on 27/01/2026, 4:17 pm, at which point your subscription became active. All charges are non-refundable once billed. By signing up, you explicitly acknowledged and waived your statutory cooling-off period rights to receive immediate access to our educational content. Your 20% discount (365bonus) was applied to your subscription. You were charged £719.86. For the detailed price breakdown including VAT, please check your Stripe invoice or receipt email.
Your access continues until 27/01/2027, 4:17 pm.

We hope this covers everything you needed. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
Genuinely hadn't realised was a mistake most websites you are notified. This is a joke and half of my wages for January now gone and can't pay my bills for February.

I’ve recently started using Dealsourcr for BRR deals and I love it. The refurb calculator and AI feature make things so much easier to work out if the numbers stack up. Definitely recommend

Very detailed and insightful information set. Abundant search filters such as HMO, not in Article 4, BTL, R2R rates and occupancy data etc. means you can narrow down your target areas in minutes when it would otherwise take days or weeks of research.
An invaluable tool for anyone serious about property investing.

A complete Game changer in the state of finding property deals in specific strategies! The AI system really does what it says, tells you what it's doing and what its comparing pricing against. It even tells you what its looking for when creating the result. Smooth and easy to use and yet immensely comprehensive. Video tutorials are available made by the team. You need this tool. You can some top level properties! This isn't half of what it can do.

I can see quite a number of properties on the website. This give me many chances of getting deals to present to investors for flipping.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
I’ve tried to cancel this numerous times but yet they still take the money of £575. I’ve emailed them and proved with photos that my membership is cancelled.
It’s disgusting! I will be pursuing this!

Be careful with the free trial. I cancelled an hour before the cut off, but was still charged later that day.. £839 for the year. Emails appear to be AI generated so communication is pretty poor as well.
I have no intention of using it, certain features didn’t work for me, (notably the deal analyser) so I’m now £839 worse off.
Edit: Just look at the responses from Dealsourcr on Trustpilot. The exact same generic AI response - shocking they’re able to get away with this.

Billed me for full annual subscription when I wanted monthly subscription after free 7 day offer and refused to refund me.

Misleading pricing and flawed AI Valuations
I signed up to Dealsourcr in October 2025 after attending a Samuel Leeds event where the platform was presented as costing around £40–50 per month. I was actually charged £119.98 per month — more than double.
When I queried this in December, support responded with billing dates but didn't address the pricing discrepancy. I've since sent a formal complaint and a final letter. Both received identical template responses that still don't engage with the substance.
The bigger issue is the product itself. I analysed three deals the "AI" presented. In each case, profit projections were based on comparing the wrong property types — for example, valuing a leasehold flat using house sales. The result was projected profits overstated by 58–98%. Acting on these figures would mean serious financial losses.
I've documented everything in a formal complaint citing Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Protection Regulations breaches. Dealsourcr's response: template emails, no refund, and — remarkably — a P.S. asking me to leave a Trustpilot review to enter a raffle for a free subscription.
So here's my review.
If you're considering this platform: check what you're actually being charged versus what's advertised, and verify any deal projections independently before committing capital. The AI methodology has fundamental flaws that aren't disclosed.
I've now filed a chargeback and Trading Standards complaint. Happy to share my full documentation with anyone facing similar issues.

Whilst the website is great and a useful tool for investors/deal sourcers, contacting the owner is not easy and you are only provided with a contact email address when you review your account details. I chose the premium subscription of £39.99/month which had a 20% discount included. However, checking my invoices over two months use, I was being charged £119.98/month! I contacted the only email address available and they quickly replied by telling me what I had paid, but no reason as to why I was paying £119.98 and not £39.99. I emailed back requesting further clarity and they just responded with the same template email. I do not think the service is worth paying £119.98/month especially with no online support available.

System good but you have options to cancellation , if one is having challenges to

I signed up for a trail thinking I would cancel after a few weeks - after looking around this is not a great system it appears to give you good deals but there is no way to control the parameters so these are un realistic deals and you cant filter out the useless ones to see if there is any good ones. I have been investing fove over 20 years and think this is over hyped an no good. Steer clear.
Also if you compain you get a computer generated response and told you are locked in for a YEAR !!!

Don’t use, cancel your subscription and they continuously try to take money from your bank account
