I could never stress enough how amazing my experience with Dear Sam was! This is by far the best customer service I've seen in my life! So friendly, helpful, prompt answers, kind, generous. Sanne does such a great job and really exceeded all my expectations as a customer! Other than that, the posters are beautiful and the colors are exactly as show in the pictures on the website. The frame quality is also great! I'm so glad I found out about Dear Sam and I TOTALLY recommend it! They deserve the longest and best review ever! Perfect!

Overall happy with my purchase

slow delivery and poor quality
The posters took 10 days to arrive and arrived with tears and folds, almost as if they had been ran over by a truck! I am disappointed and would not recommend this service!! save your money
