Best meal prep i’ve tasted, the macros combined with the flavour is hard to execute but Dear Vita do it so well. My favourite would be the peri chicken with potato wedges 👌🏽

Order from dearvita recently to try their meals.Food was really nice fitted to my macros for my cut, really tasty and very good option for meal prep. Delivery was quick as I got it 36 hours after I delivered. Keep up the great job guys, highly recommend to everyone !

I have tried many meal prep companies, none of them taste as good as DearVita's meals! The service is brilliant, I love the variety of meals, here are some of my favourites: Korean style beef, wild garlic Salmon spaghetti, chicken cesar salad, grilled chicken orzo salad... and their smoothies are also delicious!
Customer service is fantastic, very personalised, and I love supporting a local business :)
