Scam
They were ok for a month or two until I tried to sell (like other time in the past) some small amount of Crypto that was (and still is) pending for two days. I asked the support about that, after an hour I got this message from them: "Hello X, We inform you that your account will be closed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. This decision is final and irreversible. We are unable to provide you with further details about the reasons for this closure. Any pending transfers will be returned to the originating bank account once the closure of your account is completed, and we will not be taking any future transfers." I don't recommand them, they are a scam.

They lie about everything
They lie about fees (yes, they have fees). They lie on their referral program (promising prizes they won't pay). I wouldn't recommend putting your money in such place...

They simply lie
They tell no fees for crypto service (out of the Network fee), but they have a 0.5% fee!
In addition, their referral promotions are never paid; they flags you as not valid, with no real reason.

Top10 to be honest with this institution but it needs to be improved by adding more services such as multiple iban views. If you customize your Iban, you won't be able to view the original one but it remains still active as they says. Great future and best wishes. Thanks
